Ya’ll, I have a thing for catfish, and have eaten a ton of it over this daddy’s lifetime. I have to say the catfish sandwich hands down was one of the best I have had!! That hush puppy batter with the seasonings of all the ancestors and the incredibly generous portion put me in a satisfied food coma!! Luna and Marcus were great! Super friendly, welcoming and bubbly!! Thanks again for a great dining experience! 🤤

Much like everything in Orlando (and this owner), it is a complete disappointment. Terrible food, pedestrian atmosphere, and shoddy service. I’m glad people are seeing through the facade.

Forgive the extremely delayed review! I went to The Outpost after an extremely long day last month and I was received so warmly. Luna and Austin took great care of me, I was nervous as to what service I would receive as a solo patron but I was not disappointed! Genuinely turned my day around, the food is greats and the drinks are to die for. I will definitely be back.

Recently had a birthday celebration at The Outpost, and we had an amazing time. The staff was great, and our server, T took really good care of us. Our drinks were always full. So thankful for such a great experience, and we look forward to our next visit to the restaurant.

Drinks and service was great. Super clean and comfortable bar that was easy going and a cool vibe. We are straight biker folks and did not feel any weird shit here. Cool place No judgement. Go visit this place, we will be back when in Orlando.

I always have a great time at Outpost. Their food is delicious and I love the environment and culture. My only downside is the same every time I visit, is that it is normally 10-15 minutes once seated for someone to come take a drink order. It doesn’t deter me from coming, but it is noticeable. The customers and staff are very nice and very pleasant to speak with!

We stopped in for a meal before a show at DPAC and were blown away by the vibe, the service and the food. It is truly a neighborhood tavern with a really diverse and fun clientele. The drinks (an old fashioned and the mai tai) were really well presented and delicious. I had the blue ridge burger with sweet potato fries, which was excellent. My husband had the fish fry, which was a huge amount of food and all amazing. Crispy and flavorful catfish and hush puppies with fried okra. The only thing that we thought could be improved was the coleslaw. Be aware though, that it’s a lively joint - if you’re looking for a quiet date night this isn’t the place, but if you like a place where everyone is having a great time and the noise levels show it, this is it!

I came for the pretzel bites ! They were amazing 🩷👍 the Mediterranean hand held was awesome and the frozen vodka pink drink was really good. The owner served myself and two friends and he was so kind. ✅ I will be back!

The food was great. I think all the employees are gay or LBGT+ IDK I'm a straight guy, however, everyone was great and we enjoyed the place. I'll go back.

Wow this is a GREAT brunch! Darcell Stevens is just a wonderful person and performer. The food is actually really good. I had the shrimp and grits and the shrimp was large and juicy and the grits were prepared perfectly. Before the performers begin, the staff gives you change if you didn't bring tip money. Very thoughtful! If you're ready for a fun drag brunch - this one is the best I have found in Orlando. The dining room is big enough to go e everyone space and the music is not too loud so you and your guests can still have conversations. The staff was attentive and friendly. I will return and highly recommend to you!

What a perfect gem we came upon! We were in the area for the 4th of July celebration and dropped in just to have a few drinks while it rained. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The owner helped us out at first and then we were waited on by Harlon- I hope that is his name! He was so nice and every drink he recommended was delicious especially eh espresso martini- with tequila. All the staff was just so nice and the food was delicious! Especially the deep fried fish. If we are ever in the area again we will for sure make it another stop.
