Motel 6 Cutler Bay, FL - Miami

Rooms are discussing and there is no hot water for the showers. Everything is dirty at this location. The sink in the bathroom is falling apart and unusable. There’s water leaking into my room. This place needs to be shut down and I will be reporting this to the DBPR

Well it was a last resort thing. Book a room check it out, should have known what I was getting into. I couldn’t stay there was discussing so I went right down stairs ask for a refund still haven’t received one it’s been about 3 months. So yea motel 6 is straight trash customer service sucks

The worst place you'll ever find! They charged $92 for one night and in less than two hours your room was flooded! Literally flooded! You call reception and tell them about the situation, and they reply, "There's nothing they can do!" I mean, there's not even a room available for you. But if you go online, you can find a room available!

TOTAL NIGHTMARE - Unsafe and Filthy Do NOT stay here, especially if you are traveling with children. My husband, my son, and I had to leave at 4 AM because we felt unsafe and disgusted. The room was filthy (see photos), smelled like urine, and the bedding was stained. TOTAL NIGHTMARE! Don't bring your children here. I stayed here with my husband and young son, and it was the worst decision. We had to flee at 4 AM because the place is simply uninhabitable and unsafe. The photos I'm uploading speak for themselves: extreme filth, suspicious stains on the sheets, and an unbearable smell of urine and cigarettes. The most worrying thing is the lack of security. There are strange people in the hallways at all hours, and the locks don't inspire any confidence. I don't understand how this place is still open. If you are traveling with family, please keep driving and look for another option. It's a health and safety risk! ​The environment is sketchy and not family-friendly at all. We checked out 3 days early because we couldn't handle another hour in this place. It's a health hazard. Save your money and your peace of mind—go somewhere else.

I went to use the bathroom with my young daughter, and the moment we walked in, we were immediately yelled at and told the pools were closed. I explained that we didn’t need the pool—we just needed a restroom for my daughter, who urgently needed to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, we were still met with rudeness, which my 10-year-old daughter also noticed. I continued looking for a kind employee to simply point us in the right direction, as the initial interaction felt unwelcoming and unnecessary. Thankfully, I found another employee who kindly informed me that the restroom was located just behind customer service. She even spoke with the original employee but seemed uncomfortable and quickly stepped away from the situation. I truly appreciate her effort to help despite the awkward circumstances. That said, the first employee was extremely unprofessional and rude. It was very disappointing, especially in a setting where basic courtesy should be expected. I sincerely hope this is addressed, as no guest—especially a child—should be treated that way.
