Provincetown Inn

Great location and very historic. Yes reviews about the smaller bathrooms are correct. But it’s a 100 year old hotel so unless they make the shower smaller and reconfigure it. Thats how it is, I did appreciate the full sized shower though and king bed with a walk out deck with a water view. Side note there also is no elevator or ramp to get into the room that I was staying at which is fine just keep that in mind or book a room on the outside circle of the inn where it’s one floor. It is one of the biggest hotels in ptown with the most free parking and large pool which I appreciate and is right at the start of commercial st. All and all I would def stay again during the off season/mid week. It is more of a party hotel during the peak summer weekends

This place has a great location right on the water, which makes for some lovely views if you get a room facing the ocean. It definitely has a more classic, older resort feel, which some people might find charming, though it also means some parts of the property are showing their age. It is a decent spot if you want to be near the beach and within walking distance of town, but don't expect a super modern experience.

Destiny did a great job! She was very friendly and helpful assisting me with my mom and catering for our needs.

Remember the year Marvin Hagler was training for a fight here it was great being able to watch as he trained.still have the picture he autographed for me.

Had a great stay at the Provincetown Inn. Room was clean and the location right on the water is beautiful. Destiny went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and made sure I had everything that I needed for my stay. She was really helpful and friendly. Hoping to be back for another stay soon!

Great location and updates to facilities.

My stay at Provincetown Inn was for a wedding on property. Numerous calls were made a week prior to our arrival for early check in. We were assured the Inn would try to accommodate us and that they would send informational texts and calls. Not only did they never call back or text but our room was not ready at check-in time and our view was the dumpsters. A look at the parking lot being less than half full indicated that the Inn had plenty of availability. Also the Inn advertises a restaurant on premises but it was, in fact, not open for the season yet. This required a long walk to open restaurants which is difficult for those with mobility issues. The room was adequate but the bathroom was tight with a poor layout. You bang your head on the shelf above the small sink when brushing your teeth and the low toilet was very close to the wall. The old portion of the Inn was noisy at night. However, the location was very nice and the front desk receptionist was polite.

I stayed at the PTown Inn in early May 2026 and my overall experience was exceptional - the staff was friendly and available, my room was clean and well maintained and I enjoyed my view of the shoreline and Bay. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return in the future!

Great location. Friendly staff.rooms are average. Walls are paper thin so good luck trying to sleep if you have anyone in the rooms next to you.
