Worst club I've ever been to, the line to smoke is something I've never seen before.

Worst nightclub in the area, terrible service, extremely rude and unprepared staff, I waited in line for an hour. The music and DJ were of very poor quality.

If you're thinking or wondering if this place is good to go to, DON'T GO! The experience starts horribly right from the beginning with a completely unprepared and ignorant blonde employee, and not only her, but the security guards too! I'm never going back!

Extremely unsanitary place. Horrible. The receptionist who checks the list is very rude! It takes forever to get in; we arrived at 9:30 PM and only got in at 10:30 PM. I do not recommend it and would never return to that prison.

The place treated me terribly from the start, with an unprepared and impatient employee who tried to charge me for something I didn't even owe. I won't go back to that dump and I don't recommend it. The only job that employee will get is at McDonald's, and even then she'll probably get fired eventually.

The place is cool, I loved the DJ of the night, super lively music, clean bathroom, okay staff. I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a place to sit, I needed to go to the bathroom several times to relax my feet, and I saw many other people doing the same, which made me leave early. The menu has options for snacks and appetizers, but if you order you will have to eat standing up, even if the places that have tables and benches are empty, you will not be able to sit down to eat. Don't go expecting a crowd over 30, Gen Z crowd, I thought I was at a 15th birthday party (nothing against it), I went for the music, but if you care about that, it's definitely not an environment for you. If you have any physical limitations, forget it, the bathroom is on the second floor, unless there is a bathroom on the ground floor that I don't know about. Regarding the prices, I paid a lot for a horrible drink.

The sandwiches that claim to be homemade are awful and tasteless, the tapioca cubes are very oily and didn't come with the sauce. And the waiters walked by pretending not to see us; I had to stand by the kitchen door to be able to place an order for myself and my friends.

Incorrect Charge on the Bill and Refusal of Refund On March 27, 2026, I was at Galeria Bar and paid an entrance fee of R$80, which was converted into a consumption credit. During my stay, I kept track of my expenses, which totaled approximately R$79. Upon leaving the establishment, around 3:23 AM, I paid R$176 and some cents, without checking the bill in detail at the time due to being in a hurry with my transportation. Later, upon reviewing the amount, I identified an incorrect charge including items I did not consume. A friend who was with me that same day experienced the same situation, but managed to resolve it on-site and had the amount corrected. In my case, upon contacting the establishment later, my refund was denied. Therefore, I request the return of the amount incorrectly charged, corresponding to the difference between the amount paid and the amount actually consumed. I emphasize that I have already filed a police report and am taking appropriate measures with consumer protection agencies. I await a response to resolve the problem.
