Great oceanfront hotel. Love the continental breakfast!

Great hotel the indoor pool was to cold for me and my wife...no full length mirror in the room

The pictures of the room shown on google are very deceiving. The furniture is very old and the extra bed was very uncomfortable for a third person. However the cleaning service was really good. Location is great but it is not worth the money we paid per night.

The entire staff and the management team are great. Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is delicious and good variety.

We stayed here for the first time. We’re usually loyal to Marriott or Hilton. Coastal was a pleasant surprise and we’d stay there again with no hesitation. The hotel was safe and secure, the rooms were clean, the bed and linen were fresh and very comfortable, the balcony was directly on the ocean and boardwalk and gave a great view, the staff were all friendly and helpful, even the breakfast was good. There’s nothing negative I can say about Coastal Hotel & Suites and we would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast staff and location perfect

Wonderful location & amazing views of the beach & the boardwalk. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The staff in the breakfast area were super friendly & very attentive. The gentleman who checked us in was efficient but definitely not friendly. I would have given 5 stars but parking was an issue. We booked a suite with 2 king beds but were only given 1 parking spot. We had to park one vehicle "only 5 blocks away" at $20/ night. I think given the size of the suite, we would have been allowed 2 parking spots. Otherwise, very good experience!

Trip started off a little rough as we booked a king suite, and a double king suite so my kids would have separate sleeping areas. When we arrived, we were told that this is not what we booked, and they were sold out of the double king suites. The issue is that on the reservation, it does not specifically state the accommodations. Additionally, the hotel indicated that it calls to verify what time you will be arriving and to verify your accommodations. They did call to verify arrival times, but did not mention the accommodations. When we brought that to their attention, they indicated that because we had two of the same room, there was no reason for them to verify the accommodations. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever!!! They then told us that they could provide us with a roll up bed, but it would be an additional charge. So on top of them not following their established process with verifying the rooms, they didn't even offer to assist in making it right and wanted to charge us more money. My advice would be if you want to stay here, after you make the reservation, immediately call and verify your accommodations. When they call to get your arrival time, bring it up again so there are no surprises. It is a great location as it is right on the beach and has balconies with incredible views, but the customer service that we received was horrible💯👎🏽.
