Super long line to get in and see drag show, didn't make it in time to see, but once we got in it was great

Not happy with the customer service. Here’s the situation: my friend and I got in and ordered a couple of drinks. Before I could even take a sip, my phone rang and I had to step outside to pick it up because it was too noisy inside. I was literally standing in front of the entrance and when I turned around to go back inside, the security refused and redirected me to the waiting queue, with more than an hour of waiting time. My friend had to throw out our drinks.

Actually the lamest gay bar in DC. Amazing deals and drag queens but don’t spill a drink or dance god forbid

Got stopped from leaving with a plastic cup of water when already outside the bar. Asked why and was told only, "our rule." No explanation, no courtesy. Strange hill to die on and an oddly unfriendly way to treat customers.

Poorly organized. The Madonna party had a line going around the block. It would have been better if they sold tickets because people were almost fainting in the heat.
