The Quoin Hotel

The hotel is an old bank and they kept a lot of the fetaures which makes this hotel a great choice. The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything and just down the street from the Playhouse and Grand Theater. The rooms are unique and large with everything updated whilke keeping the charm. The hotel resturaunt is cozy and features great menu items and a very large lisy of bourbons. There is a Speakeasy in the basement however, we weren't able to visit because of our schedule. I hear it is a must see. The overall value is exceptional. I would have expected to pay twice as much for the hotel. If you are visiting the downtown area of Wilmington, DE or going to see a show at one of the theaters, this is a must stay.

Very lovely small luxury hotel with a charming and intimate atmosphere. Elegant, peaceful, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The hotel also features a restaurant with delicious cuisine, a rooftop bar, and a beautiful speakeasy with a cozy fireplace.

The Quoin is a terrific boutique hotel in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. It’s an old building converted into a hotel with style and class. It’s a small size means the staff is limited, but they are kind and professional. Rooms, restaurant, speakeasy all very nice. Leyna is the best.

Best service . Very polite. Very helpful. Close to everything. The rooms are beautiful. Amazing staff and beautiful rooms. Shout out to Daniel, David and Sammy. Im sure i got their names wrong because I meet about 60 people a day for work. Food around here is great too.

I live in Wilmington and have been here several times. You never get tired of it. This is a very classy restaurant, the food is excellent, the prices are not cheap but they are not ridiculously high either. The staff is always very attentive and very professional. The atmosphere is wonderful, it is the interior of a 1800s bank building designed by Frank Furness. You may run into local Wilmington celebrities such as president Joe Biden and Jill, or Aubrey Plaza.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Quoin Hotel for our 5 year wedding anniversary. As a local to Delaware, we had initially thought of leaving the state and traveling overnight to Philadelphia to celebrate. We ended up bidding on an overnight stay and experience with the Quoin at our daughter’s school fundraiser and we are truly so happy, it ended up being such a cool option and treat for us; like a home away from home experience. The decor brought us right back to Charleston, which is where we got married. The decor of the hotel is unlike anything else around. The friendliness and service of management and staff is top tier. I highly recommend if you’re just visiting the area or even if you are a local and looking to get away with a friend or spouse. I can’t rave about this place enough! 10/10

We hosted our company holiday party at The Quoin this past Saturday, and they absolutely crushed it. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. The space is beautiful, the service was dialed in, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our team kept commenting all night about how seamless and well executed the event felt. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere….every detail was on point. It’s rare to find a venue that delivers both exceptional hospitality and a genuinely elevated experience, but The Quoin nailed it. We’ll definitely be back for future events. I highly recommended The Quion for dinner at the restaurant, drinks on the rooftop or speakeasy, or even for a quick getaway at the hotel. The room was very well appointed and classy.
