This was the nicest Hilton affiliated property near Longwood Gardens that I could use a free night at. From check-in to the rooftop bar, through dinner service and check out, they knocked it out of the park. Clean room, comfy bed, and truly great service. First time in a while I stayed somewhere and felt like a guest, not just a customer.

Beautiful hotel perfectly situated in the heart of Wilmington. I love the historic architecture and stylish interior design. The hotel restaurant and downstairs speakeasy bar were fabulous. Didn't get to experience the roof deck as it was booked for a private party during our stay. The downside was that the roof deck party was pretty loud and we could hear the DJ music in our room til around midnight. Besides that, the room was comfortable and clean.

We spent the first night of our honeymoon at the The Quoin Hotel on our way up to Maine, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality and genuine kindness stood out. Alec, the manager, was incredibly thoughtful and took great care with our reservation, making sure everything felt special and seamless for such a meaningful trip. Ms. Dana was equally wonderful despite our late arrival, she went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. She truly made us feel so celebrated and well cared for! What made this stay so memorable wasn’t just the beautiful space, but the spirit of hospitality from the entire team. You can feel that they truly care about their guests and the experience they create. We’re so grateful to have started our honeymoon here, it set the tone for the rest of our trip in the best way.

I’m not sure how this hotel claims 4 stars. The rooms were fine. Nicely decorated but pretty uncomfortable beds. A lot of light that came through the windows and if you’re on the third floor the noise from the rooftop bar can be pretty bad. Also, there is NOTHING around the hotel. No shops, hardly any restaurants and what is there seems to all be closed on Sundays. For what we paid I would’ve have liked a better location with better access to restaurants and shopping. It was fine but not worth $600 a night.
