Breathtaking view. We read in the room that the mattresses are cleaned regularly. That impressed us very much.

Incredibly good! The host gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment with a balcony is right on a cliff overlooking the sea. The view is fantastic. Stylish, modern, cozy, and clean. There's a garage on the same level, accessible from inside the house. Breakfast was superb. A restaurant for dinner is a 10-minute walk away (On Brenton Lokal Eatery – highly recommended). Thank you so much for everything. 100% recommendation!

The location is simply fantastic. However, a car is absolutely necessary. The guesthouse is about a 20-minute drive from the center of Knysna. There are two excellent restaurants in the town itself, about a 10-minute walk away. You can see dolphins and whales from the balcony. The owner takes excellent care of his guests. The breakfast is exceptionally good. The private garage for your car is also a plus. The driveway is steep, so be careful when going down. We would definitely come back.

An absolutely dream accommodation with fantastic service. If you have the opportunity to upgrade to a room with a sea-view balcony, you should take it. It's worth it.

Amazing rooms and interiors with mind-blowing sea-view making your stay in Knysna unforgettable

what a fabulous time to visit - just going into the winter season in early May. We had the most amazing room with the constant waves pulling at the cliffs below the balcony. Spacious family room with the best bed I have ever slept on whilst away!! The bathroom was perfect and the staff were so personal and friendly, as if they had known you for ever and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better relaxation and good central point to visit nearby attractions. Thank you, I would stay again in a heartbeat!

An amazing experience. First time ever in Brenton and I am not disappointed. Location is to die for, rooms are in really good condition, main bedroom had an ocean view - it does get a bit chilly, but the rooms have wall heaters and there's a good amount of warm bedding. Service was fantastic. Everyone at Brenton on the Rocks, are awesome, friendly and kind people, including the owner. A truly unforgettable experience, definitely see us going back there again. Please be proud of yourselves for delivering an awesome experience - it is rare to find such amazing people. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

As the name suggests, the guesthouse is perched on the cliffs overlooking the sea. The view from the room was simply breathtaking. The rooms themselves are equipped with a bathroom (toilet and shower, some with a bathtub), a balcony, and a small kitchenette. The accommodation is simply fantastic. A private garage with access to the guest rooms via a hallway is available for guests' vehicles. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming. Simply wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful and left nothing to be desired. We highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely be back.
