Great hostel! Centrally located, close to the central station. The room was quite noisy. The only downside is the small common area. I would go there again!

There are daily activities here (Bingo, movie + popcorn, sausage day (beef)). The common areas are large, and people mostly work there, making it great for making friends. Downstairs there are many refrigerators, exercise equipment, beanbag chairs, lounge chairs, and a smoking area. You can find a corner to relax in when you're tired. 📍Excellent location near the train station, a 10-minute walk to the lively area. The entrance is small, next to a corner coffee shop. There's no elevator, but the residents are very helpful. 🍽 Breakfast is provided from 8-10 am (more variety available earlier). Weekdays include yogurt, cereal, toast, canned fruit, and spreads (peanut butter, jam, unsalted butter, and once Nutella). Occasionally, American pancakes are available. Banana bread is available on Saturdays. Cocoa powder and coffee powder are also provided, along with various dairy products (full fat, almond). Oatmeal...) A small refrigerator is located under the cup holder. #If your dishcloth falls on the floor, you can tell the staff or use kitchen paper towels. 🚿You rarely have to wait while showering. However, the water temperature can fluctuate due to the number of people. There is a changing area and a small rack for clothes in front of the shower. If you need a hairdryer or a towel, you can borrow one from the front desk. 🛏 4-6 person rooms & single rooms have private bathrooms and refrigerators. 18 person rooms have storage space next to the bed and a small cabinet for personal belongings. 🙂 Staff wear uniforms while working, making it easy to get help. We currently know of staff who speak Chinese or French. If you need mail, you can find it in the sorting bins next to the front desk. 👀 The public areas close at 10 pm and chairs are also put away. This means that after 10 pm you can only go back to your room, shower, or go out.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I think the main reason for the low ratings is that I had some low-quality roommates, like the staff who just helped me solve a big problem. My roommate on the lower bunk sprayed perfume ten times (I can hear clear the spraying sound. )before going out last night, and then sprayed it five more times when he came back again. The small room had poor air circulation,and the whole room smelled of perfume. This is a nightmare for people who don't use perfume. The alcohol in the perfume kept my brain active all night, preventing me from falling asleep. The next day I got sick; Breathing all night caused I had a sore throat……. My sense of smell hasn't fully recovered yet. This is a true story, and I want to remind everyone that if you feel uncomfortable, you should communicate with the staff in time to change rooms.you are happy and you don't need to leave a negative review for the seller Thank you again for helping me solve this big problem. It's really not worth getting hurt because of someone else's mistake.

Good place for backpacker! Small room share bathroom and toilet but great in this price! Free breakfast (Yogurt, coffe, milk, bred etc.) Share kitchen so you can cook anymeal you want. Herd that they have an activity everyday sound fun! but im didn't join maybe next time i will come back and join the fun activities 😄👍 near the train station.

This place have no customer service, a lot of staff pretty rude and unprofessional, pretty wired vibe here, people not talk here, it’s like u live in a prison, if u have arguments with them, they will use threatening words like “ im goona put u in a blacklist, I will not extend u stay, did u work here?” Now I will describe what happened April 24, I think it’s around 5:30pm, i finish eating, washing all my dishes, dry all the tableware i used, I think when I put away one of the tableware, a receptionist suddenly tell me “ u need to dry it” , I think she think I not dry it because I still got water on my hand, also the tableware seems like not dry enough because the wet towel, then I try to explain to her “ I do dry it, but because both of the towel they provided all wet, that’s the reason the tableware can not dry enough, u guys need to provide a dry towel to us” then this receptionist speak with me in a rude way like” u can use the one on the table” , still try to explain to her “ people not sure this towel on the table for dry the tableware or not, cause it might be a dirty one, u guys need to put it in the right position then people can use it” from now on, she start fight with me like” i not put the towel on the table, im not goona to replace it” I mean she is the staff here, it’s her responsibility to do a good service here, if people already remind her the towel wet, she should replace it, how can she say she will not do it? Then when I start take the picture of the trowel on the table try to report to her manager or owner here, she suddenly become very angry in a very aggressive way, said “ tell me your room number, your name, im goona put u in a blacklist, im not goona extend your stay here, do u work here” cause the situation already become intense, i tell her I need her manager or other staff here to solve this problem, im not goona talk her anymore, cause she use threatening words to threat people. She said to me, “ im the staff here, u should do what I want” why?! Why?! I mean staff should provide good service to people who spend money here, not threatening people like this, it’s so so so so so wired, and she even take my photo, I have to call the police, when the police ask why, she even lie to the police “ cause she not dry the tableware and she’s rude to me” I mean they also have cameras here, they can know if I dry or not, the problem is about when I ask her to replace the wet towel, she not willing to do it, and she angry is because she see me take the photo of the towel, she know I try to report her, it’s a toxic girl, she said to me I can report, Her manager will definitely support her, I mean maybe? If as she said her manager will support her, this place definitely a toxic place, there’s no respect here, and they do not provide any customer service, not willing to help guests solve problems, their behavior make people think it’s my fault, I mean it’s a small issue, she can just replace the wet towel, that’s all, in the end they use threatening words to treat people, it’s very very strange and wired, and no respect at all And I also review a lot of google reviews here, a lot of feedback said staff here not professional, im happy to know where they come from, and why they do this, cause it’s not right. Besides she tell me the name is Emma, from England, but the accent not England style, also the thinking not English people style, im not sure, also she’s aggressive and like to lie to people, maybe she give the fake name.. also the other staff not help me, I think the guy from France, he know I dry all the tableware, he just said “ she is the staff here, u need to do what she want” so professional? is she the queen or king here? then I need to listen to her without conditions? So bossy, unbelievable, if something not fair happen, they not allow fight back, or explain, or communication, they will threaten u, that’s what they do!

The room were clean but it was smelly The location was perfect and I went to most of the places by walking.

We stayed in a triple room for 5 nights and had a great experience! All the staff were very friendly, and the common areas were tidy. The common areas are closed after 10 PM, so no need to worry about noise! ​​Hair dryers can be borrowed from the front desk (sometimes they're hard to find). Water is available directly from the tap, but as Taiwanese, we weren't used to it and bought bottled water at Coles, which was the cheapest at $0.80! Don't go to the convenience store next door—it's ridiculously expensive!

It said it was women-only, but men keep coming in. The beds creak and are noisy. I haven't slept properly here.
