Saw death by demin, it was great.

The room and bathroom were dirty. The sheets were stained, and a disgusting smell was coming from the bathroom drains. It was very hot in the rooms, and the noise from the bar echoed everywhere until midnight. If you have any problems with check-in or check-out, good luck getting a quick response; everything is done through an app. Disappointed with the hotel's otherwise good rating.

The Lansdowne reminds me of my younger days when I could stay up and party but nowadays I’m in bed by 10 so luckily the bed was very comfy.

Had a lively stay with classic charm and a vibrant atmosphere. Great for travelers who enjoy a central location, local character, and easy access to nightlife and culture.

From big events which are safe and fun to food that’s far beyond the surrounding spots, the lansdowne is both my favourite hostel and pub in Sydney. The rooftop (and the barbecue they do up there) is topped only by the hospitality of the people who work there and make it what it is, Lewis is a gem and guarantees an ice cold pint. Cheers :)
