We were at Jerusalem Street Food, it was great, lovely service! A relaxed and fun place, the food was also excellent.

This is THE best hotel in Jerusalem. There is nothing not exceptional. The food, the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms, the attention to detail. All are faultless. Breakfast is, as always, amazing. The Executive lounge is one of the best

Expensive

A high-class place. We ate at a street food festival. It was clean and pleasant and plentiful. The downside is that it is still a hotel. And less accurate for those who understand. Pleasant and quiet.

The hotel is located next to the Bell Garden, hence its name and symbol. The hotel is in a great location close to the Old City, Emek Refaim, Mamilla and Jaffa. Positioned as a 5-star luxury hotel, it is indeed a quality hotel with an emphasis on the little things like three-layer toilet paper at night, San Benedetto mineral water at meals, Nespresso capsules with 3 flavors in the rooms. However, it is very expensive and I am not sure it is really worth the difference. For that matter, I was less impressed with the food and it was quite ordinary and most of the rooms had no balcony at all or only a standing balcony.

Lovely quiet hotel, excellent service, great food

Huge disappointment from a "5-star" hotel – disrespectful service, serious invasion of privacy and departure in the middle of the night‼️ I came to the Inbal Hotel with the intention of finding a quiet and peaceful place where I could rest during the weekend. The hotel boasts a 5-star rating, but in reality it is nothing less than a disgusting behavior and the level of service of a hostel in southern Ramla. The lack of professionalism started at the beginning of the day in the lounge. I asked for gluten-free bread, the girl there brought me the bread in a torn plastic bag - on her hand - yes, not even on a plate! All of this happened with a sour attitude as if she was doing me a favor by providing service. Later, the lounge manager arrived and started arguing with the Kosher supervisor and scolding another employee in front of everyone in the lounge, shouting and belittling the employee. I was honestly ashamed of her. He created a disgusting atmosphere and I couldn't bear to hear him hurling accusations at her for so many minutes and in such a humiliating manner. I went to find another place to sit. But the shocking climax came in the evening. I left the room for about two hours. Since my room was messy and had personal belongings in it, I clearly hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. ⛔️ When I returned, I discovered to my astonishment that a staff member had entered the room in my absence to leave something (that I hadn't ordered), violating my privacy and intruding into my personal belongings without my consent!! This is a blatant violation of the most basic contract between a hotel and a guest. A "Do Not Disturb" sign is a red line that must not be crossed. When I went to the reception to complain, instead of taking responsibility for the serious security failure, I was given flimsy excuses and inventions about "a mistake with a similar last name in a neighboring room". Mistakes happen, but completely ignoring the sign on the door and entering a guest's private space is serious negligence. The feeling of invasion of personal space and general disdain were so harsh and disgusting, including the response I received, that I could not stay there another minute. I had to pack my things and leave the hotel exhausted in the middle of the night (Friday at 10:00 PM), to drive all the way back home for an hour. ⚠️ Anyone who wants a quiet weekend and a 5-star level of hospitality - stay away from this place. * It is likely that the response to this review will be that it happened by mistake and that it never happens to them - but it happened so many times in one day, the hotel's service and the treatment of the guest who trusted the place - disgraces the world of hotels. A hotel does not deserve to be called 5 stars.

A perfect, boutique place suitable for a stylish groom's Shabbat!

Good quality hotel with a nice staff. Amazing breakfast. Good location - walking distance from the old city, mamila etc Very expensive though. But for Israel i guess not out of the norm.
