About this place Inbal Jerusalem Hotel

The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel sits in a traditional Jerusalem stone building on Ze'ev Jabotinsky Street, looking out over the Old City.

You're two kilometers from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre here, four from the Western Wall. That puts you close enough to the major sites without being right on top of them.

Rooms are polished, with views of either the New City or Old City. Every room comes with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a safe. If you want an espresso machine, you'll need an upgraded room. Suites have separate living rooms, and there are family rooms too. Room service runs all day and night.

This is an LGBTQ+-welcoming hotel in Jerusalem, which means a comfortable, professional environment for everyone. Jerusalem's tourism scene is still growing, so picking an established hotel like this one can make a visit much smoother. It's a solid base for seeing the city, with the service and privacy you'd expect from a place that's been around for a while.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary for 2 nights at the Inbal Hotel, and we had a great experience, they upgraded us to a premium room, the staff is very attentive, kind and professional. Everything was excellent down to the smallest details! The breakfast was delicious and rich, the hotel itself is very beautiful and cozy, it was very calm and in an overseas atmosphere. We also enjoyed the pool which was very pleasant. It was amazing and we will definitely come back again 🥰

We have stayed in several hotels in Jerusalem, but we have never experienced a service like the one at Inbal. The hotel is European in style, very quiet and relaxed. The business lounge, where light meals and drinks are served throughout the day, is a highlight. The service we received from the reservations department at the time of booking, Megillat, gave us the impression that we would receive accommodation at a different level, and we were not disappointed. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vacation at a different level.

I would like to share an unpleasant experience, at the Jerusalem Street Food restaurant. 4 of 6 of us left with an upset stomach and the next day we heard about a couple. And the person in charge disclaimed responsibility. We will definitely not be going back there again

I'll start by saying that the staff around the hotel were kind and charming (and that's all it deserves a star for). We arrived for a stay of less than 24 hours! The plan was for more time... We booked a room on the morning of arrival. At the time of booking, we were not told anything about the planned light rail works in the area (something the hotel was aware of). Neither during the day nor at night. If I had known, I wouldn't have come. We left the next morning disappointed after a sleepless night due to the noise of drilling from the nearby street that entered our room. Our vacation (birthdays and wedding anniversary) was simply ruined. The hotel, for its part, removes responsibility since the municipality did not update us about the night works. According to them. And from their perspective, an offer to upgrade a room for the next booking is a reasonable offer to make. First of all, it is an admission of poor service and experience, and second, I would not have come to such a hotel in the first place if I had known, so certainly not to offer me to come for an extra night at thousands of shekels at my expense. Simply a disgrace of service from the management. In email correspondence, there was actually a silence. Even though I asked to speak to a more senior official, they simply stopped responding.
