The air conditioning was turned on in the room before we even arrived, which was very comfortable and appreciated since we arrived in the heat. I really felt the staff's thoughtful attention to detail. The room was clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

The air conditioner's fan speed couldn't be adjusted at all for both cooling and dehumidifying, and the maximum setting was so loud I couldn't sleep a wink. It's disappointing that the management is completely inadequate. It would be great if they could consider the customers a little more. I'm envious of the good location; you can have anything you want there.
