The air conditioning was turned on in the room before we even arrived, which was very comfortable and appreciated since we arrived in the heat. The air conditioner's fan speed couldn't be adjusted at all for both cooling and dehumidifying, and the maximum setting was so loud I couldn't sleep a wink. It's disappointing that the management is completely inadequate. It would be great if they could consider the customers a little more. I'm envious of the good location; you can have anything you want there.
