⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Sogo Santolan. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay truly relaxing. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. I would especially like to commend Ma'am Carol for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. Every meal was prepared well and added to the overall positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hospitality. It's clear that great effort is put into ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

i like the vibe of their regular room, the service is fast, also the wifi easy to connect. after you checked in they will call you, anica is so nice and polite. the room has a lot of space and the room smells good. will definitely comeback to this hotel again!!!
