Many visitors praise the cleanliness of the rooms and the politeness of the staff, with some highlighting good air conditioning and savory food. However, a significant complaint involves billing issues, with one guest reporting being overcharged and another experiencing problems with senior citizen discounts being refused.

關於此地 Hotel Sogo - Santolan

Hotel Sogo Santolan is a branch of Hotel Sogo, a large Philippine budget chain known for short-stay blocks (a few hours) as well as overnight rates. This one sits on Marikina-Infanta Highway in Santolan, on the Pasig-Marikina side of Metro Manila. It is mainstream lodging; any gay-friendly label comes down to the chain's no-questions-asked check-in rather than an LGBTQ+ focus. Rooms are basic, clean and air-conditioned, and the branch rates 4.5 on Google from over 1,200 reviews. It suits a cheap night near the eastern edge of the metro, not a sightseeing base. The Santolan LRT-2 station is nearby, but highway traffic can be heavy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Sogo Santolan. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay truly relaxing. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. I would especially like to commend Ma'am Carol for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. Every meal was prepared well and added to the overall positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hospitality. It's clear that great effort is put into ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
