The Studio 18 Residences

Pros: Quiet place to stay, small but cozy, staff are okey. CONS: Management are very strict regarding additional person/s in the room. We included our small girl with my wife, but we are charged additional P675 for her (despite our plea to include in our booking, or to discount the price, 'coz it was not explained to us upfront that they will charge additional fee if we will include our little girl with us), the management refused our request...!!! We asked instead to refund our payment, but they refused also to refund. We have no option but to continue our booking, despite our hesitation to stay 'coz of biased and undisclosed fees, and we are so tired 'coz we arrived at 11:30pm (only needs a place to sleep the night). Piece of advice: Biased and Undisclosed Fees can Fend Off Customers, I would not recommend this Hotel/Studio if you are budget cautious... I little relaxed on FEES would be nice.

Affordable Price for room accommodation

Great Place!

The hotel is located in the heart of ortigas center. It is inside the subdivision. You will pass by gate. Parking space is limited but guard is on duty so double parking is not issue. Food eateries and stores beside the hotel but fast food is just nearby outside the subdivision. It feels like home in the busy city. Quiet at night. The room is clean. beddings is good. Massage and spa available upon schedule. All info you need is indicated in their directory. Complete room amenities. Great for official work or leisure. I will surely come back and stay here since it is cheaper and complete with basic needs compare to nearby hotels. It is also partner of zen rooms.

Can be a choice for staying in pasig city
