The accommodation was perfectly adequate and quite modern by Philippine standards. You can't generally expect the same level of cleanliness and construction as in Germany. However, everything was tidy, everyone was helpful with any questions, and we were able to rent the scooter for longer than originally agreed without any problems. We were able to store our luggage there for several days during an island tour, and the transfer to El Nido was also arranged directly. The water pressure upstairs wasn't fantastic, but it was sufficient for showering. The price was fair for what we paid.

A nice guesthouse with helpful staff. Looking at some negative reviews: yes, wifi is not great (like everwhere) and water pressure sucks (like everwhere) but given the limitations of infrastructure we really liked it, especially our spacious room with very comfortable beds.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and intimate. The facilities were fantastic, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was spotless, including the common areas like the kitchen and the pool. They also offer all sorts of activities and motorbike rentals, so you don't need to go anywhere to book anything. The owners (Spanish) were incredibly kind and friendly, always giving us recommendations and checking in on us whenever we met. They were truly two wonderful people who greatly enhanced our time in Puerto Princesa! And you'll love the real owner of the place: Pipo, a super cute and calm little dog! Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely return to the Philippines and visit Puerto Princesa again to stay here for a few days!

This place is terrible, especially considering the price you pay! -- Firstly, the check-in procedure is the standard 1:00 PM. Normally, if you land at night and clearly indicate this, they're accommodating. But no, not in my case. I arrived at 4:00 AM after an overnight flight and had to wait outside on a bench until 1:00 PM. Every day after that, you see a sign on the table saying late or early check-in! In other words, it was perfectly possible at other places! -- Secondly, the owner of the place was supposed to be there, but she never was. She saddles the staff with the misery and hassle! -- Thirdly, the room was the only thing that was reasonably good, and that was the bed. Little or no water pressure, then no hot water for a whole day, then no electricity! And every time, lies and excuses, like a power outage or the entire city being shut down! Which wasn't the case, because I'd been to breakfast and then shopping, filled up the gas tank. Whenever I asked, they said no, nothing wrong. And even better, downstairs they had the fans running, boiling water with a kettle, etc.! If you supposedly only have solar power, you should first make sure the guests have hot water and electricity! Before you even think about your own hotel... My electrical boxes were literally off; I took pictures of it. The elderly lady just came and turned it on for the new guest. ---- Fourthly, room cleaning is normally done every day everywhere, so you ask politely. When you come back, nothing has been done, and they go after the ones who were there before. I asked if I'd like two clean towels, but I got the response: it's an extra 50 pesos for extra towels! Sorry, that should have been included in the room cleaning! Also, when someone leaves the property, you can assume that the bed linen will be completely changed. And not just the top sheet and pillowcase, I'm waiting for my ride and literally see this happening, and they don't do this! When she saw me, she quickly closed the sliding door! How disgusting and unsanitary is this!!!! That's why the sisters obviously didn't want us staying there at the pool during cleaning. ------ Fifth, the scooter rental split. 300 pesos for 3 hours, 500 pesos for 24 hours, If that were 12 and 24 hours, that would still be understandable and logical! -- Sixth, the Wi-Fi was disastrous! ---- Seventh, you book a taxi for 1:00 PM and are told it will arrive at 1:30 PM, it will arrive later! That's okay, but not 1.5 hours later. You simply didn't book it for me! All in all, I'm only giving this place one star because of all this and considering the price I paid. And I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone! Besides the lies and the hypocrisy, I'm sorry.

Small but clean

For the price, it was okay. The room wasn't very clean, and there were quite a few bugs. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The welcome was very good; everyone was very friendly!

For the price it was okay, but the owner is a bit bossy, the electrical outlets in the rooms are very inconvenient and hardly ever work. The beds are adequate, nothing special. The only real plus is the kitchen!

The place is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. The pool and common areas are very well maintained, and it's a truly pleasant experience. The best part is the staff; they are so attentive and friendly. And the owners are wonderful, always ready to help with anything you need and give great recommendations! 100% recommended!

Imagine being tired from a full day trip, and instead of being welcomed as an arrival, we were rudely greeted by the owner, who told us not to park in his spot. Despite us telling him just to allow us to offload our luggage from the car, he kept demanding. and as if that wasn't enough, he then asked his staff to reprimand us again. Right off the bat, we were shocked. Not even a question if we're guests, just rude. And the room we booked? The aircon was busted, we ended up getting refunded and had to look for a different accommodation. So here we are, looking for a better place to stay after they've spoiled our mood. To the owners, we understand that you don't want people to park in your spot, but at least be considerate about telling people to back off from your parking spot. Just basic respect, it doesn't cost anything!

Highly recommended place to spend your vacation days in Puerto Princesa, especially if you are a Spanish speaker since its owners are Spanish, very friendly and close attention, the owner Francisco even took us to the airport with his own car to exchange money in addition to recommending some excellent restaurants and another of the owners Dani the same in terms of activities and excursions in the city, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good hygiene

We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. We made our booking through Booking.com yesterday morning. Only an hour later, while at the airport, we realized our flight was actually for the next day. We immediately called the hotel to explain and asked if it was possible to adjust the booking (simply move our stay one night forward). They told us the hotel was completely empty, which sounded promising, but instead of helping us, they refused any change. They insisted we had to pay again for today and would not refund or move our booking—even though we contacted them right away and even sent a free cancellation request through Booking. The staff gave excuses and pretended it was impossible, which felt dishonest. In the end, they kept our money for the unused night (around 30€), but lost our trust and all the business from the rest of our potential stay, plus meals and recommendations. We just arrived in Puerto Princesa and, of course, we will stay elsewhere. Very poor customer service—we do not recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay here; the managers and staff are lovely, and so are the dogs! The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, and the bathrooms are a nice touch! The price is reasonable, and the location is great if you have a car, with good restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it! 👍🏽
