There's no perfect 10/10 rating, but the receptionists and security guards were all lovely and enthusiastic. The rooms were reasonably priced and super close to many places to visit, which was very convenient.

This is a beautiful hotel. Never thought that this is special hotel slightly shock for me, nevertheless great place to stay, but somehow you will hear other room guest walk pass door. Yet the counter staff is professional and great assistance on checkin for guest. Alot of snacks in hotel room, required to pay after, depends on individual needs.

HONEST REVIEW ALERT🚨🚨🚨 I cannot recommend Cupid Hotel enough! This place is severely underrated and honestly deserves way more recognition than it currently gets. I booked the Suite Room, and it was an absolute game-changer for our trip. First off, the room itself is massive and packed with incredible facilities that make it a perfect getaway for couples looking to have a fun and memorable night. 👩‍❤️‍👨 The amenities are top-tier: a private Jacuzzi, a private Sauna, a separate toilet, a comfortable bed, and yes—a Tantra sofa. The entertainment setup is also fantastic, featuring a projector with a big screen and a high-quality audio system that really sets the mood. 📽️🎶 What impressed me most was the maintenance. In many hotels, "private facilities" can be hit or miss, but here, everything worked perfectly. The sauna actually heated up to a steamy 85°C, and the jacuzzi hot water was endless! 🛁🔥 I let the water run for hours, and it never once ran cold. It was pure relaxation without any technical hiccups. Now, I have to talk about the service, which was frankly OUTSTANDING. The front desk staff speak English very well, making communication effortless. But the real MVPs of this hotel are the security team. 🛡️👮‍♂️ I have never seen such dedication in a hotel of this star class. Every single time I arrived—whether by Grab Car, taxi, or even Grab Bike—the security guard would literally run to help me. They assisted me in crossing the busy street, opened the door before I could even reach it, carried my suitcases, and even lent me an umbrella when the sun was blazing at noon! ☂️🏃‍♂️ Their attentiveness and genuine care were shocking in the best way possible. They truly went above and beyond, and the management needs to know what a gem of a team they have. Another huge plus: they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception until late at night on our check-out day with zero extra charge. 🧳🕒 This gave us a whole extra day to explore the city stress-free before heading to the airport. If you are a couple looking for privacy, luxury, and unmatched service at a reasonable price, book the Suite at Cupid Hotel immediately. It is worth every single penny and more! 💯🇻🇳

Great room with sauna, spa bath(bubbles for a small fee) for 2, round bed, bigscreen projector, special s3x chair! Fun for couples. Room is a little bit small for the luggage but well worth it for the fun amenities! Our room even had a gopro mount above the bed for us!

The room was nice and smelled good, 240 for an hour, a bit expensive.

My impression of this place is that I arrived last night without prior notice. Overall, the room was great. The atmosphere was also fantastic. The only downside was that the bed was too soft, probably because it had been used by many people. It was difficult to lie down comfortably.
