Perfect location downstairs, perfect bomb restaurant, amazing food, service 10 out of 10

The hotel is in the center of Prague, and you can watch the city from your room window. The service was excellent, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was very good. They have two staff members who speak Turkish, which makes things very easy. I especially want to thank Ms. Albina. Also, Ms. Nur in the cafeteria was very friendly.

Poor service. Many people were allowed in before me even though I arrived before all of them. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we walked in we were taken care of. The breakfast food and experience is wonderful, they made sure hotel guests were taken care of. We loved the spa area, and we enjoyed our afternoon happy hour experience in the lounge where drinks and snacks are provided. We got to see Alex the bartender each day and he took such good care of us! Can't wait to be back!

We stayed at the hotel from May 21-24, 2026. The rooms, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast service were all excellent. It's a centrally located hotel that we can definitely recommend.

The hotel is in good location and the service is poor we aired more than 40 mins for our car and they ask us to pick the car from the parking lot than we reached there and waited and no car than they ask us to come back to the hotel to pick the car

Lovely hotel and great service. The WiFi is absolutely terrible though. If you need to work while you’re traveling on meetings or download anything, good luck, it’s not happening. The WiFi has cut in and out, dropped me from numerous meetings over the last few days. I did an ookla speed test a few times over the last few days and their wifi if getting .52mbps download and .51 mbps upload. Yikessss, sooo much buffering. Additionally, the use of the sauna and whirlpool is about $15 a day per person. So while I do love a lot about this hotel unfortunately as someone who travels and works I can not stay here again.
