Kingscourt Hotel is the place where we experienced absolutely no inconvenience while traveling in Prague. It is located right in front of a shopping mall, and offers convenient access to the subway, buses, and trams. In particular, I was very pleased with the tall, middle-aged male staff member in a suit (whose name I don't know) who was cheerful and kind. The male staff member with short hair was also very friendly. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to relieve the day's fatigue and get a good night's sleep, and the view was also fantastic. We visited this hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary. They prepared wine for us and even changed our room when we mentioned discomfort; such kind consideration became the greatest memory of our trip. I would like to thank the tall, well-built staff member once again. Kingscourt Hotel is a place I definitely want to visit again if I have the chance.
More than a week ago, my husband and 2 children stayed at the hotel. We were in an executive suite that was simply a dream!! A spacious room that I had never seen in previous hotels I had stayed in, a very high level of cleanliness, the hotel staff, starting from the reception staff who always welcome you with a lot of patience and a smile, the lovely maids, Alexander from the lounge and the room staff at dinner, all contributed to the perfect atmosphere that we will definitely return to this hotel again!! I also recommend the massage at the spa, which was great and justifies the amount paid Thank you for an unforgettable hospitality experience
Great hotel in an excellent location, rich breakfast
Very clean, friendly, and central hotel; I cannot fault anything. Alex at the bar/lounge made very good cocktails and gave great service with a smile, like the majority of the staff.
