Very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Charming, boutique, very nice staff, perfect location and easy parking. The outdoor area, the lounge and the honesty bar were very nice. Breakfast is also good. We will absolutely choose this hotel every time we visit Strasbourg.

Lovely decor that really immerses you in the Alsatian atmosphere. Our room was a cozy, cool haven with a view of the cathedral. Charming staff, attentive to your needs. Clean. Reasonable price for July. Ideal location. Excellent soundproofing!

A charming hotel. Spacious, interestingly designed rooms. There's an elevator and air conditioning. There's an area near the reception where you can sit and make a coffee (a coffee machine is available to guests, included in the price). There's a water bottle in the room, which can be refilled downstairs if you need sparkling water. There's a storage room for luggage and bicycles. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you navigate the city, etc. The hotel definitely exceeds the standard for its price.

Having changed hands between Germany and France multiple times throughout history (including after the Franco-Prussian War, the Treaty of Versailles, the Nazi occupation during WWII, and its return to France in 1945), the city reflects a rich synthesis of both nations in its language and culture—though its culinary traditions lean heavily toward German Bavarian fare like meats, sausages, and sauerkraut. As the official seat of the European Parliament, Strasbourg stands as a powerful symbol of Franco-German reconciliation, European peace, and post-war compromise among member states. The most striking feature of Strasbourg is its colorful timber-framed houses. Resembling a German-style fairytale town, it feels straight out of a storybook.

Beautiful hotel in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. The staff is excellent. The breakfast buffet is delicious (€18). Free water is also available on tap. The Austerlitz parking lot is conveniently located nearby, and the hotel has a special agreement with the hotel. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I had only one night in Strasbourg, and I'm so very glad I chose this hotel -- in fact, I've been thinking of going back just to stay a little longer in the same room (401). This was during a period of intense heat in France, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. But everything else was great: location, convenience, cleanness, beauty, charm, friendliness. The one thing I would highly recommend the hotel to include would be at least one vegan option for breakfast. There are a few great vegan cafes in town, and it shouldn't be hard to get a few items from them (croissants, or viennoiseries).
