There were many disappointing aspects to our stay. First, there was no front desk or on-site staff, so we couldn't enter the property upon arrival and had to wait for about 30 minutes. Also, although the listing stated that a hairdryer was provided, it wasn't in the room, and we had to contact them to have one brought. Furthermore, the entrance key provided didn't work, and when we went out without realizing it, we couldn't get back into our room. We couldn't contact the owner immediately, and had to wait outside in the cold for a while. There were also problems with the heating; when we inquired about the heating not working in the room, we were told that "the government had shut it off." However, we couldn't find any information to support this explanation. In addition, we had requested a baby crib in advance, but what was provided was an extra bed for adults. Even that extra bed was replaced with another one after cleaning, but the replacement bed had a broken leg and was unusable. When we contacted the owner, we received a reply of "1 minute," but there was no further response. As we were traveling with a small child, these problems were a major source of stress. The location and the room itself were not bad, but we felt that improvements are needed in facility management and guest service. Furthermore, the room we were given had several issues: the shower water wouldn't drain properly and would just accumulate, the toilet seat was half broken, the mirror was cracked, and the toilet paper wasn't replenished. Overall, the room and service were poor.
I had to do late check in no one respond, had to find another guest house at 1am. Answered me at 2am when it's to late.
