It's good but jot very suitable for families with kids

The three of us stayed for one night. I'd requested three separate beds in advance, which they approved. They gave me a single bed, but didn't separate the king-size bed. I also warned them that my mom had injured her leg, so they put us on the third floor (there were only stairs), so that was okay. But the room itself... the dishes weren't washed (there was water in one glass, and lip stains on the other), the bathroom smelled terrible, the exhaust fan barely worked, and the entire floor was soaked in water for over seven hours.

I made the booking as an a full apartment which was visible in the booking app and i choosed only apartment's to book and it appeared as the best choice, the pictures was for the main hotel and they provided me only room without the facilities they wrote on the app even the kitchen, the room was clean and the owner was good but the price is more than a double price of a small room.

The hotel reception is only available by phone, the slope of the bathroom was very bad and the water always stayed on the toilet floor, the heating system in the room was noisy and the quality of the sheets and towels was not good, the location is in the lower part of the city and the steep streets make it difficult to walk, there is no parking space for the car, there is no elevator but the slope of the stairs was good, overall it was reasonable for the price

Comfortable, clean and modern. Location a little far from center but a taxi can get you there easily.

The place was average. We were forced to spend one night on our trip and had no choice but to check in. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette. It was terribly dirty, musty, and had mold and mildew. You can see it in the photo. We asked for a late check-in at 1:00 PM, but the hostess flatly refused, saying it would only be at 12:00 PM. The hostess only smiled at us when we checked in, but once we checked in, she immediately changed her face, saying, "Hurry up and check out." There are no shops within walking distance; the place is like a village, with chickens and a construction site. Overall, if we had to choose between sleeping on the street or here, we chose here; we have a roof over our heads. The maximum price for this type of accommodation is 30 lari, but we paid 100.

The Natalie Hotel enjoys an attractive location in a residential area and an archaeological area. My experience in housing was a beautiful experience. As for the housing, it is considered ok and somewhat clean. It lacks a wardrobe and a bidet in the bathroom to take into account the culture of Arab tourists. And thank you for hosting 🌺

I loved the place, pretty spacious and well equipped with everything you might need. There is a decent kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Owner is very sweet and supportive. However, as I arrived there were still guests in the room, I had to wait for a while to get it cleaned. On that note, I entered the fridge was still stocked up with their products, the room was organized but I noticed the bedsheets, duvet and floors weren't clean.. if you open the window you will be exposed to everybody sitting outside the room. Also, there is free Internet but the signal is pretty low to none. Overall I have only stayed for 1 night so I could say it was a good experience, with some cleaning and maintenance the place could have good potential.

Its location is terrible and scary, and there's no reception. When we arrived, the door was locked, and we waited for about an hour with absolutely no one there. The place was dark and frightening, surrounded only by abandoned buildings and stray dogs. After waiting for an hour, an employee finally appeared and we were taken to our rooms, but there was no internet. At night, downstairs in reception, we could hear music, conversation, and laughter. After 6 AM, the noise stopped, and there was no one to help us. We went downstairs and found remnants of the night's entertainment and alcohol. We waited for an employee for three hours because we wanted internet access and to call a taxi, but we couldn't reach him. We left the hotel and couldn't go back because the gate had a security code, and they wouldn't give it to us. Beware! Beware! Don't rent it. The place is terrifying. I couldn't sleep all night because of what I heard and the noise, and there was no one to contact.
