Misogynistic and homophobic, simply embarrassing and medieval. As two gay friends (one male, one female), we wanted to go to the bar "Baustelle for You" (Construction Site for You) as normal, but were turned away because apparently only men were welcome. This gave us an extremely old-fashioned, exclusionary, and unwelcoming impression. In my opinion, anyone who sorts guests by gender is more like a construction site than a modern establishment. The concept doesn't come across as an open place for everyone, but rather as a step backward with a strong medieval feel. This is not what hospitality looks like. Instead of presenting themselves as a modern meeting place, they should first work on their own "construction site": on openness, respect, and treating all guests reasonably. We certainly felt that there was a lack of maturity and professionalism here. I think: Anyone who excludes guests in this day and age shouldn't be surprised when it's met with public criticism. Bearded Bartender: Think about it. I know you were working in a lesbian bar in Cologe and you were playing the father of a lesbian girl child. Go and fight for our homo-rights or leave the community.

An absolutely fantastic gay bar in Cologne! The atmosphere is simply amazing – open, welcoming, and full of good vibes. You immediately feel at home and can enjoy the evening from the very first minute. I was particularly impressed by the team: The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always in good spirits. The service is truly outstanding and makes the visit something special. The music, drinks, and crowd are also top-notch – perfect for partying, dancing, and meeting new people. Overall, one of the best bars I've visited in Cologne. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it! 🌈✨

What a wonderful evening I spent in this truly fantastic gay bar, where only men are allowed in (praise the Lord!), how fabulous that places like this still exist 🙏 and that they play all kinds of German pop songs. Finally, an evening in a bar with good music, not the hellish garbage you usually hear in gay bars. At my request, they even played songs by my deceased favorite divas like Zarah Leander, Milva, and Hildegard Knef. The wine and beer are totally affordable, and I met some very nice guys. And all this between 8 pm and midnight. So you don't have to wait until midnight to have a great evening here. I've been here several times (basically every time I visit Cologne), and I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the staff's pleasant attitude. Construction site forever 🙂

Unfortunately, I have to confirm the reviews regarding their treatment of women. The bar was completely empty, and we politely asked if we could use the restroom for a fee. One guest was very friendly and offered to let us in, but we were so aggressively rebuffed by a staff member that we were almost frightened. We are also part of the community. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

Loved the vibe here and great bar team. This was my favourite bar on a short visit to Cologne. This bar set us up well before Pullermans!
