I really liked this hotel. When checking in I met the most friendly person ever, Flora. Fantastic girl! You could tell she really loved her job. When checking out early I met her adorable colleague Maren, also super friendly and genuine! I will come back to this hotel thanks to these 2 ladies! :-) The hotel itself is very stylish, modern and rooms were great also. Vielen danke Flora & Maren

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Many thanks specially to the evening receptionist, Frau F. P., who was incredibly helpful. The room was very clean, and overall had a nice stay. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the smokers all the time outside the building - gave me a bad impression. But overall good hotel.

Lovely place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, and well organized. And the breakfast is great and healthy, has variety of options, and multiple coffee machines It was a short visit, but I liked the service.

Due to our own error, we arrived for the 2nd day of our booking. The receptionist and manager helped us out, however, and treated us very well. The hotel is located at walking distance of most of the things we wanted to see. The area around the hotel has a lot of middle eastern shops and restaurants. The rooms are small, but work out fine since being all day in the hotel room is not the reason we traveled here. The bottom line: The service was excellent and I can't say a bad thing about it.

Rooms are small, but very clean! Air condition would have been nice, but a fan also did the trick. The service was just awesome! Everyone was very friendly - especially towards our kids. So would rate this a kids friendly hotel! We stayed here before a trip with Aida to explore the city a bit. Close to the main station St. Georg is not the best neighborhood, but your’re just 2-3 stations from Jungfernstieg away. Can recommend this for a 1-2 nights stay. Best guest experience with kids for a while!
