Another degraded place in every way. Gay saunas, gay clubs etc. are the worst this city has to show and this image really doesn't deserve it! I feel sorry for the people who hang out in such places. Ruined personalities 😔
Good place for something quick... But the cleanliness is so bad you're afraid to touch the rooms, they're so dirty...
This place could be amazing if they would include also trans, hetero and woman also, at least to make special nights and not to be exclusively gay club because yhey also play hetero and trans movies. It should be more mixed and inclusive.
I will start my review by noting that such a place exists in a city like Thessaloniki. There were no such places in Greece (and especially in Thessaloniki) a few years ago. Therefore, I consider it very important to have a place where you can meet someone safely. In the past, when you wanted to make such acquaintances, you had to expose yourself in a public place. You sat and waited in the cold or heat, behind a church or in a square (and you were embarrassed, because every now and then some passerby would look at you and laugh). The thing is that the younger ones ignore history, while the older ones have forgotten what they went through. Thus, we reach the point of not appreciating and not respecting anything. What I see inside Play is not much different from the situation outside Play. Most people don't even say good evening to you. All they care about is managing to get you for two minutes (until they reach the desired result). Serious people, don't expect anything more. I've been visiting Play for the last 6 years and nothing has changed, nor is it going to change (under these conditions). Our education and our culture are below zero. Therefore, when you compare such places with similar places in Europe, you would do well to remember that in Europe they have education. They know the basics. They know how to say good morning and good evening and don't throw their trash on the floor. We start from the basics. Even if a foreign entrepreneur came to do such a business here, in Thessaloniki or in some other city in Greece, at the same level as what exists in his country, the result would be the same. The place would ultimately have no level, because there would be no level customers. Play could only focus on some individual solutions. It could make age zones, by day and time, so that it would be a little easier and more likely to meet someone. Interaction with people of the same age is always easier. Also, the ticket should be 5 euros, since nothing is offered, beyond staying in the place, nor is there a guarantee that you will find what you are looking for. Paying 8 euros and leaving dissatisfied is like throwing 8 euros in the trash (which in today's Greece is a lot of money). Another important problem in these places, which must be identified and put an end to, is that some people, mainly young people, exploit these environments to make money. They pose as customers and pay a ticket, like everyone else, but then ask for money to mingle with the other customers. The only reason I give 4 is the fact that this place exists in Thessaloniki, plus it is quite clean (compared to other competing places). It is true that most people smoke everywhere in the place, but I have the impression that the ventilation works very well. If anyone asks me, I don't know if I will go to Play again. What I know for sure is that in the end, every time, I leave sad and disappointed.
The best.. lots of people, clean place, cheap compared to others.. 10 out of 10! 🌟
