The Petronilla Hotel in Bergamo is delightful. Let's start with the staff because they are fantastic and always willing to help with whatever challenges may arise. The location is central, with lots of shopping and restaurants only a short walk away. Our room was well-equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delightful, with a member of the staff whipping up marvelous omelets, lots of fruits and pastry treats, and hot beverages. Family members had stayed there in 2024, and we returned in the fall of 2025. We fully intend to return!

We stayed from January 1st to 5th. Fantastic. The service and professionalism were top-notch. The breakfasts were magnificent, everything was served instantly. You don't have to worry about your car; you leave it at the door and they park it and bring it back to you whenever you want. Restaurant reservations can be made by phone. And the location is perfect. Congratulations on everything. We will be back!

Excellent welcome, warm and attentive staff, ideal hotel for visiting Bergamo. The nearby parking is perfect...I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful weekend.👍

It doesn't get much better than Petronilla. It is design minded hotel, that is spotless with good amenities - but the staff are the crown jewels that make it so special. Rebecca and Francesco took such good care of us with tonnes of warmth and professionalism. I was so impressed, it was the perfect night's stay. I wish we had more time but we would come back to Bergamo just to stay there again ❤️ grazie mille!

Very spacious and well-kept rooms. Modern bathroom with all the necessities. Everyone who worked at the property was extremely kind and helpful. Very central location, perfect for seeing the city. Various breakfast with top-quality ingredients. The only flaw is that the room is a bit dark, while the bathroom is very bright. They have a parking lot a few minutes' walk away, although it's not very large.

Absolutely a wonderful stay. The staff are wonderful, our room was lovely. We will definitely return
