An incredible experience. We stayed at the Petronilla hotel for a wedding and the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. The interior is so well designed and my favorite part was the outdoor garden. Absolutely a must stay if you are in Bergamot.

This hotel is very high class and elegant. The location is just perfect. Staff are very friendly and they would do everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible 🤩👌🏼. Not to forget the 5 stars ⭐️ breakfast.. from fruits to cheese to coffee 🤤 Highly recommend even if for 1 night to begin or end your trip from or to another destination like we did.. 💕

Hotel right in the center of Bergamo, allowing you to get around everywhere on foot. Paid but secure parking is available on site. Superb and very varied breakfast with fresh fruit. It's a shame there wasn't freshly squeezed orange juice, though. The rooms lack a bit of warmth and could be improved in terms of charm. Electric shutters would also be welcome to allow for truly dark sleep, as the blackout curtains let in light. Finally, a big thank you to Rebecca for her smile, kindness, and warm welcome, and for making an effort to speak French. We recommend this hotel and generally understand the positive reviews.
