We loved our stay! The hotel is splendid, super clean and located at the heart of Florence! We got little treats every night, in a little box on the bed or on the night stand, and they even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate my bday. The only con i see is there was no air conditioning, but at least in March, it was not too hot. :)

Amazing stay at this hotel. Nice emplacement, clean but more than everything the services. I want to thank you the team of the hotel, you are providing one of the best level of services every customer is dreaming about. I wish I could have stay more. Bottom line I highly recommend this Hotel !

A tale of two hotels. DO NOT BE MISLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS. This property is effectively two different hotels, and you have no idea which one you’ll get. Two years ago we stayed in the main building they advertise and had an amazing experience. We came back for our honeymoon expecting the same, but were instead placed in a separate building. Our bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, there was a persistent buzzing noise throughout the night, the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night, and there is essentially no soundproofing — we could hear street noise and other guests at all hours. The “west” side is a lovely hotel on a quiet side street; the “east” side feels like a run‑down annex with a steady stream of tourists coming and going. There is also a popular rooftop bar above this building, with non‑guests moving through the hotel throughout the day and night and minimal visible security, which contributes to noise and mess. We paid nearly 800 EUR per night, and the response we received was a 30 EUR bottle of wine and free breakfast, which felt completely disproportionate to the issues. We loved our first stay here, but after this experience we would not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a consistently high standard across both buildings.

Beautiful hotel, great location, the food amazing!!! The team is friendly and service oriented!! We will be back!

Historical palace in middle of Florence, friendly staff, worth the stay

Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We checked in yesterday, and this morning after taking a shower, the bathroom drain was completely blocked and the water started leaking into the room. The whole room became a mess. I called the hotel and it took around 20 minutes for someone to come while the water kept spreading everywhere. After calling multiple times again, maintenance finally arrived and stayed for more than 30 minutes fixing the issue while the bathroom smelled terrible and water was all over the floor. The worst part was the staff attitude. I kept asking them to send housekeeping to at least clean the water, but nobody cared and nobody came. We waited again and again with no action. I even had to get dressed and go down to reception myself to complain. I told them this is our honeymoon and this was literally our first night and first shower in the hotel. How do you give guests a room without checking something this basic? The manager came upstairs, saw the whole situation himself, housekeeping arrived very late, and after all of this nobody apologized properly, nobody offered any compensation, not even a small gesture to make us feel better. Very disappointing experience and I honestly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing experience staying here. The rooms were very clean and stylish. The rooms were cleaned twice daily. The front desk was very helpful. Amazing staff and amazing experience. It’s walking distance from everything and very central. Really worth the bucks
