A Florence favourite, year after year We've been returning to Gallery Hotel Art every year, and it never fails to deliver. There's a quiet consistency to this place that's hard to find: the kind of reliability that makes you actually look forward to a stay rather than just book it out of habit. The rooms are supremely comfortable, and the value for what you get in the heart of Florence is genuinely excellent. A special mention has to go to Agnese, whose warmth and attentiveness make the whole stay feel personal rather than transactional. She's the kind of team member who turns a good hotel into a place you want to come back to. And then there's breakfast. It's one of the simplest, most delicious spreads in Florence — beautiful pastries, excellent coffee, cold cuts, and fresh bread, without any unnecessary fuss. It's the kind of breakfast that sets the tone for a great day exploring the city. Gallery Hotel Art has become our go-to whenever we're in Florence, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

This was, without a doubt, an absolutely phenomenal stay! If you want to explore Florence on foot, you simply cannot beat this incredible location. From the front desk staff to the breakfast team, the service was nothing short of world-class. Speaking of breakfast—it was extraordinary! A truly magnificent spread with every single thing you could possibly dream of. Our room was delightfully spacious, and the bed provided the absolute best sleep quality imaginable. Thanks to our GHA membership, we received an unforgettable upgrade. The complimentary Prosecco and gorgeous perfumes were such a generous, elegant touch that made us feel truly pampered! To top off an already perfect experience, I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the staff went completely above and beyond—without a moment’s hesitation—to courier it directly to our next hotel in Stresa. That level of care and dedication is priceless. If you appreciate the finer things in life, do not hesitate for a second—book this boutique gem immediately! We cannot recommend it highly enough.
A wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff right near the river.
Excellent hotel in a superb location. Right next to the city center, it allows you to reach all the points of interest in no time. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything is very well maintained. The service from the hotel staff is outstanding. If you're looking for a hotel in the city center with all the amenities and good facilities, this is definitely a very good option.
