Nice hotel, great location and friendly staff. Julie at front desk was very helpful and take extra steps to assist. I would come again definitely to this hotel if to visit Florence.

100% recommended. First class guest service, amazing rooms and the best location close the Ponte Veccia. Our penthouse suite was stunning with private terrace overlooking Florence. Also the roof top bar is perfect for an evening Aperol. The star of the Hotel is Julie who turned any wish into reality and gave best recommendation for Restaurants or other activities. Breakfast service was very professional and the smile and service quality of Agnese was a joy. We can highly recommend this Hotel for your next Florence stay.

We had a magnificent experience at Gallery Hotel Art. The staff, accommodation, and location are a 10/10. We can’t imagine a better location, close to everything. As an added bonus, it was 95-100 F while we were in Florence and the hotel AC is top notch. We will be back!

A city hotel with an exceptional location right in the heart of Florence. Once the car has been taken away by the valet, you can enjoy the wonderful service. We were recommended and booked a table at a fantastic restaurant, and we also had a spot at the Rooftop Bar 701 with its stunning view of the Duomo. The room and room service left nothing to be desired. I highly recommend a stay here! Wonderful!

We had an outstanding stay at the Gallery Hotel in Florence. The location is perfect...right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of so many of Florence’s top attractions, shops, and restaurants. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. Before we even arrived, our luggage was lost during our travels, leaving us without many of our belongings just hours before we had a wedding to attend. The staff went above and beyond to help us. They assisted with transportation arrangements, recommended excellent clothing stores and a talented tailor who was able to alter a new suit on short notice, and pointed us toward fantastic restaurants throughout our stay. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience despite the stressful situation. Their local knowledge and willingness to help turned what could have been a very difficult trip into a memorable one. We can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and hospitality. If you’re visiting Florence, I highly recommend staying at the Gallery Hotel. We would absolutely stay here again.

May 2026. Very nice hotel. Close to everything, but tucked away from main traffic. Steps away from Ponte Vecchio and Arno River. Would definitely return.

Would stay here again. In the heart of Florence while at the same time away from the crowds. The rooftop bar is a real treat.
