*also the fact that they say all there 1 star reviews are lies is pretty sad lol no accountability, I posted the Email which states there is a lift that takes you to there station, plus I was told in person the rabit and cat have skin infections and not to touch them, and i did not ask to cancel same day i asked to cancel my second night 38hrs before. This might be a good fit for some but for others it is not the best and I listed the reasons why, I am being very transparent about my experience* The location is terrible, you pay to use the elevator every ride and can only access the elevator from the 2nd floor, it is in a shared appartment building, my 4 bed female rooms lockers couldnt fit a basic carry on suit case leaving my things not safely locked up, there is not much security in the building, you have to pay to do the yoga (which is not mentioned on there site), not many people to socialize with, the young kid who checked me in seemed nice but also like "ya I dont know" when I asked him questions about things and the city, no breakfast offered, the animals in the garden all have skin Infections we were told and you could see it, the front desk guy was nice and gave me a free drink after I complained about the lift situation but no free drink is included (which 99% of hostels usually do), extremely limited bar, It stated on my email there is a shuttle to them, when I arrived via train/metro I was unable to find it, called the office and they said it is no longer a thing which is frustrating because there welcome email and Website says it is offered!! It is an up hill 20-25 minute walk and lots of stairs from the station. Also the metro ends at 10pm and is not the best area. The Cancelation policy is 2 weeks ahead or you get charged the whole thing, every other hostel gives you a 24hr cancelation policy so I was unable to cancel my 2nd night. The dorms were stuffy and tiny with one shared bathroom. Every other hostel I've stayed in lets you request a bottom bunk upon arrival and this one says no changes you're assigned the bunk you're given and cannot change, even though nobody was in the bunk below me at all all night. The girl leaving the next day said her stuff got stollen from the fridge and it was like 30€ worth of food missing- the hostel doesn't care either. I ended up eating the money and getting a nicer safer feeling place elsewhere, and not staying my second night. Honestly I had researched and was SO excited to stay here and felt almost scammed. Be aware! honestly there are better hostels closer to the station for a better price with more security and services for solo traveling that felt safer, more convenient, and provided more free services, social services, and for the same or better prices.

Had a great time at Secret Garden! It’s such a fun place to stay, with lovely people from all around the world, making it super social and lively. A great spot for meeting new people and feeling connected—highly recommend if you enjoy a vibrant hostel vibe!

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed! Best hostel in Italy! Very chill vibes, great people and good location. People are very friendly and Helpful. Vibe is relaxed and the animals are calming. Strongly recommend to stay here if you’re in Napoli!

The price is really good compared to many other places. The service is excellent, but unfortunately, there are time restrictions for certain outdoor games starting at 10:00 PM, when silence time is supposed to start at midnight. You can choose between hostel or hotel rooms depending on your needs and preferences. The hostel I chose is well-organized, with lockable boxes (€3 and you can keep the lock, or bring your own), and the only downside is the really tiny bathrooms. The bed above me also had a half-broken and re-screwed base, and every night I almost imagined it would collapse. The bed is comfortable, and you have plenty of privacy with the curtains. The location is truly excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Piazza Dante metro station, as well as various points of the city center that are also easily accessible on foot if you want to take a 20-40 minute stroll. The staff is very kind and helpful. The service is excellent, considering they clean practically everything every day. Finally, there are various free and paid activities; the free ones include various board games, a nice living room where you can spend time playing or even eating in the shared kitchen (complete with fridge), an outdoor ping pong table, and a beautiful garden with a gazebo, sofas, a hammock, tables, and more, with a cute rabbit and 3-4 cats roaming around. It's a very relaxing space.

A truly unique place, the garden is beautiful and well-kept. Our aperitif was accompanied by a friendly recommendation and a dynamic yoga class that was enjoyable to watch. The prices, however, are a bit high, especially considering there's no table service and the aperitif doesn't even come with a couple of peanuts or something similar. The staff were really friendly.

I think this is the best hostel in Naples. The only thing I regret is that, after 10 PM, the staff member turned on the off light and started talking loudly to a guest, saying they were introducing a dormitory room. At first, I thought it was a private room. * I try to be quiet at night, but I don't mind the sound of doors, bags opening, or people washing their toiletries. If I were to get upset about that, I should have booked a private room myself. However, it's the worst thing to have a dormitory guest and an employee who should be telling them to be quiet while other people are sleeping. * I downgraded my rating for personal reasons, but if this weren't the case, it would be excellent. If there were no specific issues, I would definitely give this hostel a 5-star rating. The cleanliness, facilities, and the cute cats and rabbits were all perfect.
