Nothing to complain about except that the bathroom/toilet is opposite the reception area, which is a bit awkward because the towels are too small to tie around your waist. In short, you have to go to the loo wearing trousers and a t-shirt and then take a shower. I imagine that for a woman, this could be annoying, even intimidating. The room was spacious and clean with a small balcony to enjoy the cacophony of car horns in Naples. The younger guy was incredibly kind and friendly, and really pleasant to talk to.

Close to train station if you want to go further. Rock hard beds, broken coffee machine, service??? Lots of stairs up, no elevator. BUDGET.

Quite good, surprised by the excellent service and cleanliness. Very fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a full TV package. Air conditioning and heating, a good shower, and perfect water. The cleaning service was very reliable (they never touched anything, and nothing was missing). Highly recommended. [*Note: the Booking.com app offers either one double room or two single beds. This wasn't possible; I was only given a double, and the mattress and pillows are very old, at least five years old]. Everything else was great and well-maintained, very respectful, and there was no annoying noise from inside.

I booked for two nights and paid about €65 per night, or €128 to be precise. Not knowing the area, I booked on Hostel World, but it's not a hostel, let alone a hotel; it's a B&B in a poorly maintained and welcoming apartment building in a seedy area of ​​Naples. As soon as I entered the room, I was immediately bothered by the smell of sewage, which would linger for the entire duration of my vacation. Aside from that, the room I was given was unpleasant, to say the least. The shower flooded after two minutes of showering, the water reaching my ankles. Furthermore, since Thursday, March 26, was a rainy day, I needed a hot shower, and the water was sometimes hot, sometimes cold... Another thing: in the evening, there was a lot of noise and shouting in the middle of the night. On the last day, today, March 28, I had checkout, and the B&B owner/operator went knocking on the doors at 10:20, asking guests to leave... despite checkout being at 11:00. Another thing is that, since I had an evening flight, I asked if I could leave my suitcase downstairs, and I was told it wasn't possible. Furthermore, it was cold in the room that evening, and the window didn't close properly, so it was cold coming in. When I left, I met a young couple, and they were also complaining about the price, having paid €90 for one night. Not only was there no service, but there was also no bottle of water in the room. I'd say I'll stop there...

Experience failed, I was with my girlfriend for two hours, and the payment was not the best at all. At the beginning I asked if I should pay before or after, and the gentleman had asked me first, I didn't know if he would give me the change afterwards, so I waited until the end of the trip to ask him how much it would cost to stay for two hours, and he said to me, look, you can go, thanks. Without having given us the change, experience failed.

Hotel Ginevra is located very close to Naples Central train station, making it highly convenient for traveling in and out of the city. The hotel is accessed by climbing two floors, as there is no lift available. It operates more like a bed-and-breakfast within a residential apartment building shared with locals. Climbing two floors can be inconvenient, especially if you have large luggage, so it’s best to plan accordingly. The rooms overlook the apartment’s central courtyard, offering a pleasant view as shown in the pictures. Considering the price we paid, it is a great budget-friendly accommodation option in Naples.

Located on the second floor of the building, accessed by stairs; there is no elevator. Upon arrival, you pay a €3 per day tourist tax and receive instructions on how to use the key card. The room is clean and spacious; the bathroom is small and not the latest generation, but functional. For the price, I'd say it's a good value. The central parking garage is 100 meters away, charging €30 per day for medium-large cars. The Garibaldi metro station is a 300-400 meter walk away.
