Stay away from this place when we checked in (7.30pm) we were informed that the room had been assigned to another person and we would be moved 800m away we accepted as it was evening on arrival in the other room we found a layer of dog hair on the duvet with towels lying on top hair everywhere in the bed and pillowcases stained with blood we asked to change the linen after half an hour the linen arrived without the duvet at 8.30pm we were forced to call dozens of hotels all full we luckily managed to find a single room left at 90 euros a night and the owner with an unheard of rudeness did not care highly he should close immediately I give one star just to write the review

Reservation from December 30th to January 2nd, 2026. Extremely negative experience. We checked in, but the owner showed up only after he was comfortable, despite having been notified by phone an hour before our arrival. Upon arrival, we had to wait for about 25 minutes, held up by the housekeeping staff, in a decidedly unprofessional manner. The room was dirty: the sheets appeared to have been used, the duvet was stained with unidentified material, the headboard was covered in dust, with residue from false eyelashes and lipstick under the bed frame, clearly belonging to a previous guest. There is a prominent sewer drain under the desk, and the room is constantly disturbed by the sewer backing up, with unpleasant odors at all hours. The wardrobe is unstable, with the base separated from the doors, and it's unclear how it's even standing. The air conditioning doesn't heat the room adequately, is of poor quality, and condensation from the cabinets reaches almost halfway up the room. The toilet is uneven and moves when you sit down, creating a noticeable sense of discomfort and unsafety. The room does not have a mini-fridge or a kettle, despite the latter being listed in the property photos. We specifically requested one, but never received a response from the owner. The property is centrally located, but I would absolutely not recommend it to families or couples: in our opinion, the environment is unsafe, with a constant presence of non-EU citizens both in the alley and outside the main door. Furthermore, there is no elevator, and the stairs are very steep, making them difficult to navigate even with luggage. Overall, a disappointing experience from every perspective. Poor value for money, and totally inadequate management. We wish the owner a Happy New Year 2026, hoping he will pay greater attention to hygiene, safety, and respect for guests.

I am beyond angry about this booking. What I walked into was nothing like what the app showed when I decided to stay here. The photos made the place look warm, furnished, and at least halfway decent. In reality? It felt like I’d stepped into a completely different building. The walls were bare, harsh, blinding white, giving the entire place the vibe of a budget hospital wing—or honestly, an asylum cell. I’ve never stayed anywhere that felt so uncomfortable and unsettling. Then came the real nightmare: exposed wires sticking out of the wall, like the room was mid-construction and someone forgot to finish making it safe. Dirty bed sheets with hair from the previous guests. No towels. No toilet paper. Nothing. Even the desk that was supposed to be included wasn’t set up—just pieces of furniture dumped in the corner like the room was abandoned halfway through renovation. I paid for a room that looked clean, functional, and complete. Instead, I got something that felt unsafe, unfinished, and absolutely not what was shown online. Absolutely the worst place you could stay at if you're visiting Naples!

I had simply called for information about booking over the phone, but they said no, as you always have to book through digital platforms. They answered my questions anyway, but the call lasted no more than 26 seconds. Then the receptionist at this hotel, B&B, hostel—we have everything, in his words—opened up to me after just 26 seconds of talking. Now, maybe the property is worth it, I have no idea, the reviews speak for themselves. The rudeness is zero. Obviously, I won't book.

Pleasant hotel in a period building, very close to the station

I stayed in this room for only one night and, honestly, it exceeded my expectations. I confess that, after reading some reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but everything went well. In fact, I don't consider it a suitable place for families, as the area may not seem very safe, but in my case I had no problems whatsoever. I even needed to leave at 5 am and everything went smoothly. Otherwise, the room is good and has a good price-quality ratio.

Unsafe neighborhood, many homeless people and people sleeping on the streets and around the hotel. They moved us to another hotel with a worse room; we had to make our own beds, and the room wasn't clean. They charged us more than the supposed tourist tax: €18 for two nights and two people. On the second night, we were woken up at 1:30 a.m. by banging on the door because the downstairs neighbor had a water leak, and they cut off our water. They didn't offer any solution for us to be able to wash up. A disgraceful place to stay.

It claims to be 3 stars but it is worth 1 star. Poor cleanliness. Rooms are bare, not even a coat hanger. Blocked sink. Bathroom with leaks. Power sockets without covers.

Right near station - pretty dodgy part of Naples but it served the purpose as we were taking off early the next day. The entry itself is very run down, broken steps etc. the railing is not safe for children. The room itself was clean but mattress was ancient, tap in bathroom loose & shower tap kept falling off. I think for the price, we could have done better.

The area was very dangerous; I felt unsafe. Plus, having to wait 10 minutes outside for the door to open wasn't ideal. The room was small and the bed wasn't comfortable, but everything was clean, and it was fine for one night.
