Very noisy, terribly trashy area, there was nothing in the room compared to what was advertised.

A warning! A robbery right at your doorstep. The area is very dangerous – drug dealing on the street, all foreigners around. You can feel the eyes on your back and being watched. Even from the balcony, you can see the cafe downstairs selling more drugs than coffee. It's best not to go out at night; it's very dangerous after 7:00 PM. While returning from a shop in the evening, we were attacked right at the hotel door. We were attacked, beaten, and robbed. The only positive was the easy and quick contact with the staff.

I've never seen anything like it, it's truly disgusting, the room is extremely dirty, the bed is full of hair and lipstick, mold is in the room... a horrible and terrifying experience

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Hotel Crisario in Naples. The room was a complete disaster: there was no toilet seat, a door literally fell off, the walls were covered in mold, and the bed linens were stained. The exposed sewage pipe and live wires made it incredibly dangerous. Outside the hotel, there were also many dangerous individuals lurking around, some on drugs and possibly undocumented. The owner was rude and ignored my messages. I would give zero stars if I could—this is a health hazard, a safety risk, and a complete disgrace. Please do not stay here.

The bathroom was a bit run down, there was no toilet seat, the shower head leaked for hours on the first night, it was later replaced. The shower cubicle was barely roomy, the shower water was mostly cold, sometimes only lukewarm water came out.

Do not book, absolutely disgusting place. Toilets have no seat or a broken one, toilet door fell on our head and other ones do not even close as the door is too big for the frame. The sheets and pillows have stains on them and the rooms are full of mould as well. There is also not hot water available, you have to turn a tap on in the cleaners room and leave it running until you’re done.
