Rude stuff + Bad Air conditioning + Noise + Everything is old and broken If u wanna have a good time in Italy STAY AWAY from this hotel!
The hotel has a great location, but the rooms are in dire need of renovation. However, it's okay for a short stay.
A complete disaster. Every day there were problems with water access, especially hot water, and water pressure. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The room was poorly cleaned, the refrigerator was dirty, the bathroom had water stains on the walls and ceiling, and the hairdryer didn't work. The hotel started ignoring me when I asked for a partial refund, which is legally due in such a case. I give this hotel a very poor rating.
We wouldn't book this hotel again. The location (train station) seemed convenient at first, but we ended up exploring a lot on foot, and when we tried to take the bus, it either didn't come at all or was at least 20 minutes late, so we decided to walk again. There's trash everywhere, and even right in front of the hotel entrance (very regrettable and unfortunately a common sight in this area) there are homeless people trying to sell things. The hotel room was very noisy; with the windows closed, it felt like they were open. Based on some previous reviews, we brought earplugs, which largely reduced the noise. The bathroom and room are in a run-down state. There are black marks (mold?) and cracks on the walls, and the mattresses are about as firm as a wooden board; the pillows are practically useless. The hallways are dark and it doesn't feel like a hotel at all… The only positive thing was that the room was clean, which is why we decided to stay for the three nights; otherwise, or for a longer stay, we would have looked for another hotel. Anyone wanting to see Naples at its best should stay away from this area, unless they absolutely need to be close to a train station.
Very good value for money. Clean, with daily cleaning and sheets changes. Close to the central station
