Positive: Great location at the train station, very central; the room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, daily housekeeping, very good price/very affordable, modern elevator Negative: I had a room facing the street, which is now in need of renovation: you can hear the street very loudly in the room (earplugs don't help with honking or applause when the garbage truck comes at 4 a.m.). The cause is the "historic" windows and their seals. The bathroom needs renovation: the sink was unusable because the drain was leaking too badly, but it wasn't repaired (I reported it twice over several days). The toilet constantly leaked due to defective (old) seals, and the shower head kept falling off/leaking, but it still worked. The mattress was worn out. Conclusion: My room needs renovation, especially the window seals/soundproofing and the bathroom. It's okay for a few days with earplugs, but I wouldn't recommend it at the moment.

Hi, I'm Matteo. I've always had difficulty relating to others, especially in a foreign country. Today, however, during my stay, I found a new companion, a faithful ally: a cockroach. It initially introduced itself timidly to me and immediately hid under the cracks in the bathtub. Now I find myself with my Edoardo at 2:03 a.m., soundly sleepy but with no chance of reassuring ourselves, with the possibility that our little friend might emerge from the shower and come keep us company.

Make no mistake this is a budget hotel a few hundred miles from main railway station. It, has its charms, comfortable bed and lots of hot water a powerful shower. Spotless linen. My partner asked for a change of pillow and is probably still waiting for it. My toilet seat was attached with gaffer tape. Not ideal. Location good for transport links but the hotel is in low market location. That said the coffee shop where we eat breakfast was brilliant. AS I've said a budget hotel no breakfast, no bar, the placehas enjoyed better times, don't be put off if on a tight budget,

My review is very varied. Simply put: - 3-star rooms. Just as you see them. Unpretentious. Tidy, clean, simple, basic. - 1-star service. For the simple fact that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast at all. The staff was friendly and polite. - 5-star location. Well, excellent, central. Nothing to complain about. A 20-second walk from the station. Entrance and view from the main street. Overall, I gave it 3 stars. If you're looking to save money, it's fine. If you're looking for a special vacation, I recommend other options. This is a safe place to stay for the night. With dignity and no pretensions.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy the terrible sewer smell. Ripped out, outdated bed covers. And thin yellow pillows. Other than the location and elevator... Everything is old and falling apart

A fairly decent hotel, acceptable for the location. Of course, there are nicer areas in Naples. Very good - obvious public transport nearby. Nearby

Everything was fine, it did the job. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Large rooms, towels, soap, shampoo, clean sheets, refrigerator (no water heater). They clean every day. The room had a slight smell of old cigarettes and there was only a very weak handheld showerhead. The location is strategic since it's across from the station; the neighborhood isn't the best, but it's okay. Friendly receptionists.

I'm still on my last night here. TERRIBLE HOTEL. I had a severe allergic reaction. The room was very moldy and the beds smelled of dust. I haven't slept. Don't come here if you have allergic rhinitis. Especially since my husband asked if there was a better room. They said the hotel is full. And there isn't one. They don't care about the guests, even though it's a matter of health. I have very severe allergic rhinitis.
