Hotel Casanova

The hotel is located in a dead end, near a church (30 meters). The street is really dirty. Luckily, I'm a heavy sleeper. If you find another place, please let me know.

Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic and clean environment. A place worth staying.

The hotel itself is quite good, clean, the rooms are pretty decent, the bathrooms leave a little to be desired, but otherwise quite good. The downside is the location, as it's in a neighborhood with many pickpockets, and the police presence isn't very effective.

My partner and I stayed for three nights in a private room with a private bathroom. The room was spotless, super clean, and comfortable. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The location is very good, as it's close to the train station. It's a short walk to the historic center, but it's well worth it. The only downside was that the mattress wasn't very comfortable, but that's the only thing we can mention. Everything else was impeccable.

I stayed for two days with some friends. The hotel's location is excellent, you can easily get anywhere, the problem arises when you leave and come back to take a shower, you have to pray to San Gennaro and all the Saints that there is hot water in the room, not to mention that if by chance you find water in the shower that doesn't burn you, since I got an electric shock. So if you don't wash yourself, you can safely go to this hotel...

I stayed at this property with a group of friends. The location is strategic for walking to various parts of Naples. A major drawback was the lack of hot water in two rooms, and even after several reminders, the problem was not resolved.

A hotel with neither particular advantages nor disadvantages

City center but quiet

Excellent location near the train station. Spacious rooms, awkward bathroom: fixed shower, no storage space.

We paid €72 for one night for two people, including everything. Checking in around midnight wasn't a problem, and the receptionist even carried my girlfriend's small suitcase up the stairs. The staff was friendly, although they could use some improvement on their English. But unfortunately, the room was very worn; a light cover was missing in the bathroom, and the shower tray was cracked, which was only visually annoying. The biggest drawback was a humming air conditioner (perhaps from the neighbor) that was loud and repetitive throughout the night. Okay for one night, but still needs a lot of improvement.
