The reception seemed to have moved to the bar, but there was no one there, and no call button. After wandering around for a while, someone who appeared to be the receptionist finally showed up and was very friendly. I had booked a twin room, but my daughter couldn't take time off from university, so I ended up traveling alone as planned. They changed it to a double room, but the cost remained the same. The 24-hour check-in and check-out is very helpful. Around 4:30 AM, there was no one there, and only a female security guard was watching TV in the back of the bar. It took a while before she called a staff member who could handle check-out, so you need to be prepared.
There was absolutely no sense of service. I ordered a coffee and waited thirty minutes for it to arrive. They completely forgot about me. My two young children were coldly and ruthlessly refused to use the public restroom.
No Dutch-speaking staff and not customer-friendly.
the staff is amazing and very helpfull at all times,i would specifically wish to thank shagu,ewa,pedro and hank for making our stay as pleasant as possible and for resolving all our issues once they were brought to their attention. amazing people amazing location. I give it a 10/10
The hotel is new, clean, and very convenient, right across from the Almere Buiten station. The reception staff were really nice and helpful. Special thanks to Chiara, who we met every morning in the breakfast room; she was very kind and professional. The only thing that could be improved is the food for lunch or dinner; they don't have a lot of choice, especially for children.
Decent hotel. Unfortunately, on-site parking is scarce, but there's at least a parking garage opposite which is inexpensive at night.
