Fantastic food.

We were 8 men who were going to eat and were told to sit at the bar on bar stools without backs! It is possible that the person who booked the table was aware of this, but the rest of us protested. But since the alternative on a Saturday was McDonald's, we chose to stay there to eat. The food was good and expensive, several of us had to alternate between standing to eat, and sitting to eat on lousy bar stools without backs, since there were many dishes this took over 3 hours. This happened a while ago but I have not gotten this horrible experience out of my head. I believe that when you go to an expensive restaurant and leave a few 1000 kroner, the minimum requirement is that you should get proper chairs to sit comfortably on, regardless of what has been booked in advance. This was the worst restaurant experience I can remember, and then I can eat at all types of restaurants.

One of the best we've tried in Oslo! We really enjoyed every course served (9 in total) and the service was fantastic. They seemed absolutely thrilled to be doing what they were doing. (Forgot to take more pictures as I was busy eating)
