Important Information About the Room with a Hot Tub – Renovation on the Patio of the Building I would like to warn those planning to book a room with a hot tub (a room with a separate entrance) because no one informed us about the renovations taking place right outside our window. Why did we request an immediate room change? Upon entering, we immediately knew we wouldn't be able to stay and relax there. Our request for a change stemmed from several important issues: Lack of Privacy: The renovation is taking place on the patio of the building, right at the window height of this room (ground floor). The workers were not only making noise, but also sitting and working directly under our window. Because the hot tub is right next to the window, we felt uncomfortable – we would have had to spend the entire trip with the blinds tightly drawn. It's spring, and we were faced with a choice: either sitting in the dark or experiencing complete privacy. Smell and noise: The room had a heavy, renovation-related smell, and it was obvious the interior hadn't been properly ventilated. Construction crews could be heard from early morning – we only realized the scale of the work later, as even after being moved to the first floor, we could still see and hear the workers on the patio. Lack of notice: The biggest downside was that no one informed us of the ongoing work at the time of booking. Response: After reporting these issues, thanks to the support and understanding of the receptionist, we were able to upgrade to a room with a sauna. We appreciate that the staff rose to the occasion and helped us salvage our trip. Summary: This particular room is the only one available, and it has potential, but while the patio renovations are ongoing, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking peace and quiet. It's worth asking the staff if the work has been completed before booking.

The hotel's location is excellent—it's centrally located. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. After entering and asking a few questions at the front desk, we were treated coldly and disinterestedly. The answers were perfunctory, and instead of allowing us to view the room, we were told that it wasn't possible and that we should view it on a computer. Furthermore, during the conversation, the receptionist interrupted the service and went to the food delivery guy, leaving us unfinished. This level of service will likely make it difficult to attract new customers. It would be good if you could improve your service.

The hotel itself was excellent; the room was clean and nicely decorated, but the receptionists were very unfriendly. Everything, from providing parking to check-in and check-out, was handled with extreme reproach, as if it were a punishment. We traveled with our dog, and every time we moved around the common areas, we were asked if we had actually paid for the dog's stay, which we did, of course, upon check-in. The hotel has a great location; we would gladly return in the future, but the attitude and facial expressions of the receptionists upon arrival were unwelcoming.

We stayed at Wschodnia Elegans again for a few days in Łódź. Clean rooms, friendly service, and delicious breakfasts. Very close to Piotrkowska Street.

Everything was great, very nice hotel position in the heart of the downtown, but not so loud 👍. Wonderful cuisine choice and customer service. Definitely recommend

The hotel is in a very good location. Regarding the room, I have nothing to complain about. The hot tub was nice and clean, but one small pillow had dried blood stains. I didn't eat breakfast (I read the guest reviews). However, I booked a parking lot 300-500 meters from the hotel for 40 PLN per night. I paid for it at 4:30 PM (entry/exit via PIN). The next day, when checking out, I asked if I could leave the parking lot at 4 PM, even though my check-in time had already ended. The receptionist told me I could park my car until 1 PM. So, either she wasn't informed, didn't know how long the check-in time was after 4:30 PM, or the hotel was lying. I'll be back, but without parking.
