It was so nice with the green sofa and the bar and now the tables... what a pity
Very modern rooms and very friendly service. I recommend it.
This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I left after five minutes and had to go pay at another hotel, even though I've made hundreds of reservations in various countries. The level of service, room conditions, and organization of the stay were outrageous and completely inadequate to basic hotel standards. The room we were given was more like a utility closet than a place intended for overnight stays for guests. It was extremely small, stuffy, lacking proper ventilation, and the internal temperature hovered around 33°C. Sleeping or functioning properly was practically impossible in such conditions. The lack of adequate ventilation and minimal thermal comfort raises serious questions about the standard offered, as it complies with applicable health and safety regulations. The room layout was absurd. The bed practically took up the entire width of the room, requiring a person to literally jump over another person to get up. This is not a normal hotel room, but a claustrophobic cubicle marketed as a fully-fledged place to stay. The parking lot was equally poorly organized. The hotel advertises parking, but in reality, it's located far away, at the end of the street or in a separate parking lot. This lack of clear information means guests must first make an emergency stop, blocking traffic, go to the reception desk, and only then drive to a distant parking lot. Then, with their luggage, they have to carry their luggage up to the third floor, which has no elevator. The whole experience is extremely inconvenient and poorly organized. The arrogant attitude of the staff is also worth mentioning. Instead of assistance and reliable information, guests receive a dismissive attitude, even though the problems stem directly from the hotel's organization and the quality of the accommodations offered. I've even stayed in very cheap hotels in India, including Goa, and the conditions there were many times better than here. Never before have I encountered such low standards, such poor customer service, and such a glaring discrepancy between the offer and the reality. Since the room was unbearable to sleep due to the temperature, stuffiness, and lack of adequate facilities, I consider the stay to be inadequate. The hotel should be held responsible for offering a room that does not provide basic accommodation conditions.
The price for a 6kg dog is 70 PLN per day!! That's too much!!!
The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are clean, and the reception staff is very kind and helpful. They answered every question thoroughly and made every effort to accommodate our needs. We were given a room on the third floor without air conditioning, with a temperature of 30°C day and night, but we had no problem changing rooms. Breakfast is good, a traditional buffet, but you can also order your own breakfast from the menu, which is also a great option. I'd like to thank the very friendly staff and their helpfulness.
