The location of this hotel is absolutely superb -set in a beautiful neighbourhood, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was also fantastic. Coming from Australia, we were waking up at 5am every day, so the breakfast buffet honestly saved us as we quickly realised Spain starts the day much later than we’re used to. We were there right at 7am on the dot every morning. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of many excellent tapas bars and restaurants, which made exploring the local food scene incredibly convenient.

I booked this hotel through Agoda and made a mistake when selecting the date (the 23rd instead of the 24th). I noticed the error immediately (within minutes) and called the hotel to request a correction. They told me I had to handle it through Agoda, which I did right away. The request reached the hotel almost instantly. Despite the speed and my clearly good-faith action, the hotel refused any kind of solution. After several attempts (calls, emails, and even an in-person visit), they showed no flexibility whatsoever. The most worrying thing is that the reservation has been canceled, so the room can be resold, but the amount hasn't been refunded. From my point of view, this reflects, at the very least, very poor handling of the situation, not to mention a way of taking advantage of a human error that was reported immediately. I understand that cancellation policies exist, but applying them so rigidly in a situation like this demonstrates a complete lack of customer service and common sense. I would advise future clients to exercise extreme caution, as there is no room for error, even when it is reported instantly.

The room with the terrace was lovely. It was well soundproofed. The breakfast was plentiful and gluten- and lactose-free. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the welcome cocktail and bottle of wine upon arrival. The hotel is well located.

The location of this accommodation is really great! It isn't too crowded, and you can walk anywhere while still enjoying the quiet.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms in the center of Barcelona

My experience was awful. I forgot a rather expensive sweatshirt in the closet. I called several times to report it: the first few times, the receptionist was always busy and couldn't help me. Then they said they were going to talk to the head housekeeper and would call me back: nothing. I called myself, and they said they were going to talk to the girl who cleaned my room: nothing again, nobody called me back. So, I'm left without my sweatshirt, which was worth a fortune. Either they don't clean the rooms (because they would have seen it) and the next guest/thief kept it, or the cleaner or whoever kept it. And on top of all this, I'm still waiting for someone to call me. So be careful about forgetting anything there (and I wouldn't leave valuables out in the open, given what I've seen). I travel a lot for work and this has never happened to me before. It's appalling.

The location is unbeatable, and the hotel is comfortable, beautiful, clean, and quiet. I highly recommend it.

I forgot my progressive prescription glasses in their case and they wouldn't return them; they said they couldn't find anything. They were beige, and I didn't see them when I left. I know I forgot them because I didn't put them in my bag. I thought it was awful, to be honest.

Just back 2 weeks ago from staying at Hotel Cram for the second time in 6 months. Fantastic hotel, staff are absolutely amazing. Hotel in general is so clean and great location. Can’t recommend enough. Will be back again soon!
