Terrible! They charged two cards WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! Even though the contract stated that payment would be made on the same day! I want a refund! I'm not going to pay IOF (Brazilian tax on financial transactions)!!!! Besides that, the rooms weren't clean and water was leaking from the bathroom! TERRIBLE!

Fantastic hotel, beautiful and very functional rooms, the terrace even has spectacular flowers and plants. Very friendly staff, the French guy at reception is fantastic, he helped me a lot, thank you. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Barcelona. Very good prices too. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed in a Superior Room with Balcony for 1 night before flying out of Barcelona. It was nice enough, but not really worth the money you pay, the room was quite small (normal for Barcelona) but also I think the bathroom needs renovating as there was mould and it has a smoked glass door, but it is has a clear strip from top to bottom near the handle which faces directly onto the toilet when the door is shut, so its not very private. The balcony for this room is really narrow, no room for table and chairs. The paid carparking is down the street maybe 40-50m away. The location is OK, I have stayed in better locations in Barcelona and we ended up having to walk a fair way to get to the shops we wanted to visit and places we wanted to see. The rooftop pool/bar is very nice and we enjoyed that for a couple of hours in the afternoon before heading out.

It's a bit of a walk from Plaça Catalunya, but there are many restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient. It was helpful to be able to rest in the hotel lobby or use the restrooms downstairs while walking around town. The room layout was also easy to use, with shelves for luggage. They held our luggage at the cloakroom behind the front desk before and after our stay, so we were able to sightsee with peace of mind.

I stayed on the first floor, and I could hear a low-pitched rumbling sound like a subway passing by... I came here because the reviews from Koreans on Naver were good, but I don't think it was quite that bad. I didn't feel like it was a 4-star hotel considering the price. It wasn't unbearable, though, but I don't think I'll be visiting again..!! The only good thing was that the bedding was really nice. If anyone happens to stay here, make sure to try the 99-cent cheesecake nearby!!! It's delicious. There is a refrigerator, the air conditioning is powerful, and the hot water works well. However, if you are sensitive to rumbling sounds like floor noise, you probably won't be able to sleep... The photos turn out super pretty though. (Also, it feels like they're forcing all the Koreans onto the first floor... though it might just be my imagination.)
