We came to El Cisne Azul for dinner tonight because we wanted to try their mushrooms and other dishes. Honestly, both the service and the food were excellent. We ordered artichokes with cured beef, a mushroom and truffle scramble that they recommended, and the octopus, which was one of the best I've ever had. It was tender and flavorful. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back. I'm giving it 4/5 stars because the portions were perhaps a tad small.
