Relais Pollo Loco

We came to Valencia for the half marathon; there were two of us. When we finished, it was pouring rain, and we arrived soaked because we'd been on a motorbike. The hot water wasn't working. We went to tell the owner, but since it was check-out time, he yelled at us and kicked us out without letting us shower. The place itself was acceptable, but the owner was very unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend it.

We spent two nights with our two children, ages 7 and 9, in July. We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The owners were very welcoming and friendly, with excellent advice for exploring the region. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable double bed and two beds perfect for the children. The private terrace was a real bonus for enjoying meals outdoors, as was the very well-equipped summer kitchen located right by the pool. The children absolutely loved the pool; it was hard to get them out! The location is very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, ideal for relaxing. The beaches are only a 15-minute drive away, which is very convenient. A big thank you again to our hosts for their hospitality. We highly recommend this accommodation!

A beautiful relais surrounded by nature. A peaceful place to relax. The room is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The common areas are practical and equipped with everything you need (stovetop and stove, sink, dishes). A quiet pool is available for guests. The owner is polite, friendly, and helpful, even offering solutions to any needs or recommending places to visit. We are very happy we chose this accommodation for our vacation!

It was a real pleasure to spend two weeks in this magnificent holiday setting. Everything is very well thought out and organized, the hosts are incredibly attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable and the bedding is super comfortable. Not to mention the magnificent swimming pool in an idyllic setting. Thank you so much!

Charming, peaceful, clean, and well-maintained place. Rustic yet tasteful decor, three adjoining bedrooms in a bungalow-style layout, offering privacy while also providing common areas. It has everything you could need for covered outdoor cooking, and the service is wonderful. A 10 out of 10! I highly recommend it!

A little slice of paradise with incredibly kind owners. The shared kitchen has a griddle and all the necessary utensils for a wonderful time. The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable, and clean, with its own private terrace. The location is truly perfect, surrounded by orange groves. In short, four wonderful days! Thank you, we'll be back.

Very good place and the service was excellent.

Very cold, only AC for heating for 4th Feb! No robes or slippers. Lots of cold concrete to go with the cold floor. No seats to enjoy just big high cold beds to sit on that has concrete against to. Concrete against you to get in and out of bed too! No kettle in room, you have to go outside. Also no grill or oven available so how is that full self catering. Surrounded by pylons, not much of a view although it has lovely plants around. Small, dirty cold pool not available to use. Not nice to look at as our view! Told out by 11am although none else coming in. Won't be back especially for 80€ for something that in our opinion should not be open in the winter! The most we've paid on our journey and worst we've experienced.

Everything is perfect, I recommend it!
