My experience at this accommodation was very disappointing. Even before arrival, the owner was extremely insistent about the exact check-in time, giving the impression that there was absolutely no flexibility, despite living right next door and being present at all times. Throughout my stay, I felt constantly watched. The owners were constantly walking past the room, creating a sense of distrust and discomfort. The situation became truly unpleasant when, while I was in my underwear putting up the awning, the owner appeared at the door without warning. I felt very intimidated and considered it an invasion of my privacy. Furthermore, after making the reservation and paying in full, they demanded a considerable deposit via Bizum, something that had not been previously disclosed or agreed upon. I found this practice to be very opaque. The departure was the final straw. When we went to return the keys, the owner insisted on inspecting the room in front of us, finding fault with absolutely everything. They even went so far as to criticize us for the refrigerator being "dirty," when it simply showed normal wear and tear from two days of our stay. The room was left clean and tidy; final cleaning is part of the service you pay for when booking accommodation, so it's unreasonable to nitpick like that. On the other hand, the exterior of the property is very poorly maintained. There are abundant bushes and weeds, giving it a neglected feel. With proper maintenance and by making use of the space to install, for example, a small children's play area, the surroundings would be greatly improved and offer a much more pleasant experience for families. In short, the feeling throughout our stay was one of lack of privacy, excessive control, distrust, and unprofessional treatment. I would not return to this accommodation, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

It's a much better place than any hotel. The owner's personalized attention, his attentive service, and how well-maintained everything is make it well worth the price, which I think is incredibly cheap. The rooms are huge compared to any hotel, and they have a refrigerator, a brand-new bathroom, and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The towels are excellent quality, and there's a hairdryer, high-quality sheets, a coffee maker, glasses, and cutlery. The pool is the perfect size and spotless. We came with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby, and he had a fantastic time, both because of the vegetation and the space where he could play and relax. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
Excellent value for money, very helpful owner, perfect for motorcyclists
Francisco was a very kind host and the experience was excellent. The room was very cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with a refrigerator and free coffee. Despite it being winter and the fact that it's usually cold in Spain, we slept very well thanks to the air conditioning. He also had some adorable kittens, the surroundings are beautiful, and it's close to restaurants. Definitely a highly recommended place.
