Hôtel Sagunto

The room smelled of tobacco: smoking is supposed to be prohibited, but the room didn't have a smoke detector, so I guess people were smoking anyway. There was also a strong smell of tobacco in the hallway. The soundproofing was nonexistent: you could hear guests coughing, showering, and even flushing the toilet. There was no refrigerator. Check-in is done with a machine outside. Upon leaving, we simply handed over our card and that was it—no one even asked how our stay was. The location is its best feature.

Outside of business hours, check-in is available at a machine. Central location and easy parking.

Clean room. The mattresses need updating. The towels don't smell very nice. More like a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. Good breakfast. Okay. Friendly staff.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel during the Las Fallas. Very friendly staff, superb location (frequent train to Valencia city) and reasonable price. Recommended for a simple stay. We got the room with the balcony overlooking the castle, amazing!

The hotel was clean, the online customer service was good, and the rooms were adequate, but you'll need earplugs or you'll have trouble sleeping. I hope you consider soundproofing the rooms and/or installing double glazing. I rested, yes. I slept, no.

Simple and cheap hotel, fine for just sleeping, very comfortable bed and pillows, easy parking in the station parking lot, very friendly staff

Perfect for the Ojos Negros Greenway. The receptionist, Sandra, is friendly and helpful. They have a garage for storing and charging electric bikes. A good hotel.
