They really behaved very badly. I asked for a complaint form and they said it wasn't applicable. Providing a complaint form is mandatory. Well, in the end, I filed a complaint and everything was sorted out. They're a bunch of crooks.

It was pitch dark at the entrance, nothing was visible. The messages and information were good. The rooms were inadequate and ordinary. The biggest plus was its proximity to the center. The breakfast was very, very poor; they literally served rock-hard croissants as breakfast, I couldn't eat them. Overall, I didn't like it.

I really don't understand all the negative reviews: our stay was perfect and exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, in a quiet area yet convenient for walking to the main attractions. The upper floor is also very pleasant, with its small pool and relaxation area, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the hottest hours of the day. The room was clean and tidied every day. Special praise goes to the staff, who were always kind and helpful both by phone and at the property. When we had a problem with the induction hob, they immediately offered us a room change and, since we didn't need one, they provided us with a temporary stove. I highly recommend this property, especially considering the excellent value for money. A little tip for late arrivals: contact the property if you plan to arrive after 9 pm, so they can provide you with all the instructions for self-check-in, explained simply and clearly thanks to the dedicated videos.

The worst hotel experience in over 30 years of travel. I stayed in economy double 001 room. Which is the noisiest I've ever stayed in. Most of the noise from reception as the walls are not soundproof. You can hear every snort from the receptionist and every conversation of the guests over the loud compressor on the vending machine by the door. Then I discovered the noise from the crowds leaving the two adjacent night clubs from 2am to 7am. Having witnessed another guest get a key code error trying to entering the building, I had the same issue at 2am and on several other occassions. Exhausted I asked for a refund via Trip. Alejandro on reception didn't not offer a single apology but said 'it was not his job to help me' and to contact Trip as the 'face of the booking' . The hotel manager refused a refund and incorrectly told Trip I entered the wrong code. Luckily I had a video of me entering the key code they issued me on the exterior door. Trip sent this to the manager. The next night again I had limited sleep as you can hear every noise from the visiting families. I asked again if I could move to a quieter room. I was told this would cost an extra €45. On the Sunday and for the remainder of the stay the available superior room cost £45 a night less than I originally paid. The receptionist refused to tell me the managers name or allow me to communicate with them directly. Via Trip and Daniel his other receptionist, the manager refused to explain why he wanted charge more for a room that cost considerably less than I'd paid for my booking. This hotel has the worst management, hiding behind their receptionists. This aggrevation could all have been avoided if they moved me to the cheaper room when it became available. Having paid even more reluctantly for a room with a lower rate than I'd orignally paid! This "superior' room was across the street facing the other nightclub. Then guess what ? I get 'unauthorised access' to the code they reissued me yet again. The WiFi is woeful. The lift still can't be called from this second floor. The poor cleaner has to go downstairs to call it to move her trolley downstairs. Even more safety issues as the lift door continues to close if you wave a limb where the door sensor usually is, as it closes. The photo below shows the lift door crushing a bag. The manager replied to my formal noise complaint claiming Trip's room description suggested the ground floor room had more noise. Trip.com' s listing didn't describe this when I booked and still doesn't. Utterly unbelievable customer service. I am totally exhausted and beyond frustrated. Other reviews show the hotel offers a raffle to win a free night if you give them a full marks review, the small print says the offer expired in 2023 but the poster is still in the foyer, so question any favourable reviews. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Really disappointed with this establishment. We stayed there for three nights, from Friday to Sunday. Our room was on the first floor, street side, right above the reception. A crucial detail: from 3 or 4 a.m. onwards, it was impossible to sleep. The revelers leaving the nightclub (Monasterio), located about thirty meters below the windows, preceded our alarm clock, starting at 3 a.m. and continuing until at least 6 a.m. Great... Aside from its location near the city center, it's hard to find any other redeeming qualities. The room was clean, admittedly, but half the electrical outlets were out of order, the toilet seemed to have seen better days and jammed regularly. A lampshade sat in the corner, but it wasn't plugged in... and there wasn't a single outlet nearby! As for the towels, they were so worn and full of holes that they looked like relics from another era. And Breakfast, served on the terrace, could have been a real bonus at this time of year. Unfortunately, the quality of the products offered left much to be desired. A word of advice: avoid the so-called croissants and the bread, unless you want to regret your choice after the first bite. We also tried the pool. The sun loungers were dirty, the ground was covered in dry leaves, and the water didn't exactly invite you to linger. And finally, even though it wasn't the purpose of our visit to Seville, the TV barely picked up two or three Spanish channels; the others were completely inaudible, practically invisible! In short, for this price (€499 for 3 nights + breakfast for 2 people), you only need to go slightly outside the city center to find much better. Much better, in fact.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I should have listened to the bad reviews on Google! The bathroom mirror is super high, and I can only see my forehead. I'm 5'1". I couldn't even do my hair during my stay. And there weren't any other mirrors in the room; I had to buy a small one from a discount store to do my makeup and hair. So inconvenient! I could never see what I was wearing. The bathroom had a terrible smell coming from the pipes. When you arrive and enter the room, the chlorine smell is so strong that if you're allergic to it, you'll be in agony. And then we realized it was to mask the smell coming from the bathroom. You have to wait about 15 minutes for the hot water to come on, and I swear I'm not exaggerating; I even thought it wasn't working and we'd have to shower with cold water. But the worst part is that we're a married couple, and the bed wasn't a queen, but two single beds pushed together that separated when we slept, and we had to keep getting up to push them back together. Oh! And the lobby has a kind of staircase without a ramp, so it's best not to bring heavy suitcases because you'll get a hernia carrying them up there! The only good thing about this place is the location, which is very central. Try to avoid staying here. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my stay at this hotel, which was quite disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, the elevator has a serious malfunction: it is possible to use it to go up to the second floor, but the call button to go down does not work. This means that guests are forced to descend by stairs, which is particularly inconvenient for people with reduced mobility, luggage or any physical limitations. Secondly, although the official check-out time is noon, at 10:30 am the cleaning staff began working in the adjacent rooms with an excessive and disturbing noise level. The noise was so intense that it made it impossible to continue resting, forcing me to wake up much earlier than the scheduled check-out time. Furthermore, at 11:16 am I received a message reminding me that I should vacate the room by noon. I consider this type of contact unnecessary and impolite, especially when there were still more than 40 minutes until the deadline and when guests were already being disturbed by the cleaning activity much earlier. Finally, I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 AM and found an extremely poorly lit entrance. Both the building entrance and the stairs were practically dark, without any visible lighting or easily identifiable light switch. I was forced to use my phone's flashlight to be able to climb the stairs safely. In short, the experience fell far short of expectations. Basic issues of maintenance, comfort, rest, and safety seem not to be properly addressed, which significantly compromised the quality of the stay.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-May. The hotel's strong point is definitely its location, close to the city center. The reception area, where you check in and out, is located in another building a little further down the same street. When you arrive, you enter a small lobby with locked automatic doors. A sign warns you that you must go to the other building to check in. The problem is, you're in the dark, as there's not even a light when you enter, and unless you turn on your phone, you can't see the signs (obviously, if, like us, you arrive late at night). As for the room, the Wi-Fi was spotty and extremely slow. The bathroom didn't even have a stool to put your toiletries on. However, the shower was quite large, and the bed was large and comfortable. The real downside was breakfast, served on the terrace with its synthetic grass, plastic tables, chairs, and tablecloths. The sun was shining, and the quality of both the sweet and savory options was rather poor. The tea bags were old, the kettle held maybe half a liter or less, and the thermoses with milk and coffee didn't have labels on them, so you had to guess which was the coffee and which was the milk. Furthermore, breakfast is from 9 to 9:30, which is too late for me (especially if you're planning on day trips, you might have to skip it). It's also too short a time frame; in fact, on the first day, there were some people waiting for tables to be freed up, and the staff, instead of extending the hours a bit, even complained, sending a text message reminding guests to arrive on time. Given this, I recommend choosing the option without breakfast and going to one of the local bars.

The hotel consists of two buildings. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is centrally located, so everything is easily accessible on foot. Unfortunately, parking is far too expensive at €30 per day; there are only four parking spaces available, which are very narrow and don't fit large cars.

Really great stay for four nights in May. Location was great. Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Roof top pool a bonus. Communication really good and staff helpful.
